In this presentation by Bob Friday, Chief AI Officer at Juniper, focuses on the innovations in cloud AI operations (Cloud AIOps) and networking. Marvis is the focus of their development efforts as it is the crown jewel and a real paradigm shift for users.
Juniper uses their APs to collect data to make Marvis better across switches and SD-WAN routers as well as providing insights into Zoom performance for remote users.
New announcements include WAN router integration with Marvis, data center integration, and cloud-based NAC services for user authentication and connectivity issues diagnosis.
Marvis uses continuous learning to help increase service level experiences. This includes Marvis Minis for digital twin experiences as well as a conversational interface for natural language queries of network information.
The next step for Marvis is continuing integration of teams and third party information as well as developing self-driving networks to help continuously improve the user experience.
