This project has been on my to-do list for 3 years!! As I'm taking part in Junk Journal July this month hosted by Meg Journals I thought this was the perfect moment to create a junk journal Lapbook that will help me organise my junk journal fodder ready for the challenge.
It's made from two vintage books I purchased from a Brocante in France some time ago with genuine and retro ephemera and lots of Tim Holtz goodies.
This is not a tutorial, but a narrated flip-through of the finished lapbook. You can watch the build-up tutorial from Nik the Booksmith over on her channel. It's an amazing series of 12 videos that show you the build-up from start to finish. I was definitely inspired by her, but I also did my own thing too and adapted my sections for the purpose this was intended.
