Wonderful Johanna, I was so looking forward to seeing your Halloween journal again. Gorgeous photos and pages. It’s such a good idea to have a separate place to share memories of the spooky season. We didn’t start celebrating October 31st until our youngest were around 7 and it’s been fun ever since doing some decorating and setting up activities for family and neighbours. You inspired me to keep bits and pieces of packaging from costume and party food items. Sending warmest wishes 🎃🦇👀

That’s what Halloween is to me. Relax and have fun. It’s the Holliday you don’t have to do here in the states. If you celebrate you do if you don’t you don’t. You can do scary or cute or steampunk or not at all. That’s why it’s my favorite.

Omg! I just started watching your videos rn and I literally just started one of these journals and grabbed random stuff around the house tonglue in and it was really fun. I even filled in 10 pages! (I love buying sketchbooks for drawing but I just recently started bullet journaling as well! Now I have more reason to buy sketchbooks and journals, I don't normally finish any because I also just recently got into art a couple months ago but I'm just experimenting with different mediums so this is where I'll go to when I have artist block or whatever so I can just get ideas from doing this!) Thanks for inspiring me too start this as well❤

Being an Aussie, I find it hard to find relevant material for junk journalling Halloween. I prefer to use genuine old paper ephemera where I can. I would probably use autumn colours as these are easier to find here. I think you have made gorgeous pages.

Super cute pages!! Such a fun journal to have every year. I always stick my Halloween pics in my current journal but this would be fun for the kids to look thru, just like my December Daily's :) I don't mean this in a negative way but I have always liked how you just use pictures you have whether maybe they are a little dark or not all photoshopped to be that perfect moment ya know? It's about just getting those memories in and I like that about your journaling :)

Always love watching your journal with me’s they’re so relaxing! Does the glue stick you use hold up well? I’m trying to find a good glue stick to use since the ones I seem to use flake and the ephemera falls out it seems.

Great idea to have a Halloween journal that you add to every year, be good to look back on when your kids are older.
