If you mean the knight from the beginning at the video, he’s in stormveil castle. The area near the site of grace with the three birds that throw fire barrels. Jump off the ledge on the left side and then parkour like clint did in the video. You should see the knight and a golden scarab thing.

Yeah go to the side of the castle instead of up the hill full of guys in bushes and you can bypass the whole place. If you have already beaten Grafted go back towards the castle when you come out along the cliff and u will find it
