My life first shroom trip and I had this one on my Mp3 player.. Shroom virginity broken on 0.8 Copelandia .. Never ever been so shroomed in my life after that but this track was on repeat and guided me home 20 km walk. The stuff I saw, Friends I made on the way. . .Holding my self mentaly to not brake down or burst out in crazy laughter.. Cannot explain it really other than to a true Shaman.. And yes I am called the "lonewalker" now days but all Shamans and Spiritual ppl say that I am dancing with 2 best friends that not everyone can see but everyone wish to have :)
First heard this song as part of an addon for Garry’s Mod: Antlion Survival. A thick fog sets in over whatever map you’re on, and Antlions start spawning in to this music from all directions in wave after tougher wave. Loved it. I always think of it when I hear this-the atmosphere and tension is perfect. It was downright STRESSFUL, and they cut up the song so different portions of it would accompany the arrival of different types of enemies. 3:24 signified the arrival of at least one Queen bullrushing you. Haven’t played that game forever, sadly I think the mod was rendered obsolete in the same version update that left all my saves incompatible. I’d been working on a “graphic novel” with carefully posed sets, every prop, every character model. Was meant to link the Portal and Half-Life characters up. Portal 2 hadn’t come out yet, my theory was that Chell was the sole remaining survivor of a HECU Marine unit sent into Aperture Labs after GLaDOS gassed the facility, flashbacks to their story (reminiscent of the team going up against the Red Queen in the first Resident Evil movie) as her memory comes back to her post-hibernation. Meanwhile Barney was struggling with the ethics of his work as a mole in Civil Protection, trying to ID a CP mole in the Resistance all while CP’s brutality towards the civilian populace grew worse and worse. All of that work, gone in an instant without warning in a forced update that wasn’t reverse-compatible. Quit in disgust and never got back into it.
@GodOfTrance4 its ace mate! theyve been around since early 90's and their music sounds as if it could have been brought out just the other week!!! timeless and very valuable!!
@@PauLtus_B Usually extremely rare to see someone who commented years ago comment so recently. Hope Juno Reactor still gives you that same happiness my friend.
Never heard of a band like Juno Reactor, they really have their own style. To tell the truth, these kind of musics aren't my favourites. But Juno Reactor made not one that is my favourite. I mean they made somethng, even favourite to me, as I have narrow range of favourite musics. But they did, so that is why I call them really good artists!
@murrawo Try Infected Mushroom, Astral Projection, Hallucinogen, and Shidapu. They're all Goa trance/Psychedelic techno like Juno Reactor. There are other bands like them. Let me know if you want a bigger list.
Most goa trance sounds like this, also check out psytrance. I love This Morn' Omina, though. Adds an industrial element to the beats. Also I can get into a number of Fluke's old songs that have a spacey vibe like this.
I know I'm replying to an incredibly old comment but, I came to this video because I recalled hearing this on a HL2 deathmatch map years ago, I believe it was some coop map, then I heard it once again back in 2012 in cs:s zombie escape map. Decided to try and find the name of the song I heard so many years ago and ended up here, funny to see another person who originally heard this song in hl2 deathmatch like I did.
@@dicktracy7946 hello, replying to another really old comment, fellow hl2dm enjoyer too here. The coop map you are thinking of is Coop_Swampthing! Great map back in the day, cheers!
I like JR but in this case I prefer the original from 1971: Pink Floyd - Meddle - One of these days (- I'm going to cut you into little pieces). But this is better for dancing too, by far.
You could try looking up Infected Mushroom. It's a bit dancier than Juno Reactor, though. Also, if you want some music with some great vibes, give Ott a listen. Shpongle, as well.
Shpongle. Not all of Shpongle, but some. Get 'tales of the inexpressible'. Your ears will thank you. Also, some Prometheus, early Mushroom, some Sensient, some Eat Static/Ozrics, some OOOD. Basically, you need to get some good quality psytrance down you.
