Thank you! going thru this tutorial explained why my notebook was not working. I opened my work into another window tab to toggle between machine learning lessons and the video. Knowing how the kernal works, i now know that I inadvertently turned it off or interupted it. Now i can once again move forward. Thanks for sharing! Notebook is the way to go!

The Jupyter notebook works linearly and allows you to pass around scripts or analytic workflows to your coworkers but a full-fledged IDE like Pycharm gives you access to so much more and allows you to utilize Python to the fullest extent once you learn inside out of Python. Thanks.

You can run code in Jupyter notebook cell by cell using Shift+Enter or select run all from the Cell tab.

What jypter notbook is? Is this a application? Is this a language? Web browser? Secondly why is this called a notebook? U r not explaining basics but directly jumping into download . Then suddenly from nowhere comes anaconda. I came here to learn python language but you guys confused me by what not .
