Quinten Buyckx Dreaming? go read the history of the GTR's and how they dominated the racing championships over the years while you guys had check engine lights every few weeks.Dont like GTR's? ok. Look at the Honda s2000 which it still holds the record for the most horsepower per litre making 240hp with just a 2litre natural aspirated engine.Where is your german engineering? The only thing Germans do better are interiors everything else is just overhyped and overpriced. Porsches are great though but that's about it.
so? a R32 golf 5 can easely be as strong and powerful as a gtr r32/r33/r34 both with mods. And race championships are not with factory stock cars, porsches, audis, ... are also dominating race championships. Have you ever driven a volkswagen? You probably live in the US and drive crappy mexican made volkswagens. Here in the EU with german made cars, check engine lights are rare. Bye the way, you are comparing. Respect each brand or shut up and don't call yourself a car enthousiast. One of my best friends drives a heavenly modified nissan 200SX s14 wich beats my mk5 not by an inch but with a mile if you look at power, cause I don't care that much about power. If you go for quality, luxury, .... the volkswagen beats the nissan. He loves the power, the agressive JDM look, 3.5inch open APEXI exhaust, BBK, big FMI, HKS dumpvalve, GFB boostcontroller, modified ECU, inengine mods,.... and I drive a 1.9 TDI bagged cleaned golf mk5. If you are getting to the horsepower/liter, golf 5 GTI edition 30 ( has original s4 intercooler, turbo,......) can easely hit 590 HP 850 Nm on a 2.0TFSI engine, thats almost 300HP/l
