Introduce four ferocious new predators to your parks and unveil the true power of the Cretaceous period! Jurassic World Evolution 2: Cretaceous Predator Pack launches November 30th Wishlist now: store.steampow...
This is like every Carnivore I've been wanting in one package. Tarbosaurus, a feathered Utahraptor, Concavenator, and to top it all off Gigantoraptor. Marvelous
The utahraptor and concavenator had me hype but the gigantoraptor is crazy unexpected. But they did already make oviraptor which isn't a tone different based on it's looks.
I loved that they added a Utahraptor and Gigantoraptor! Always excepting new members to the feathered family! The Tarbosaurus looks GORGEOUS, and the Concovenator is going to be an interesting addition to the game!! Excited to buy this!!
I am SO happy that Frontier is now in charge of the design choices. Look at that Utahraptor! Look at what we could've had from the begining if Frontier didn't have to answer to Universal's schedule! That's the base game Deinonychus we could've had. It looks so stunning!
There's nothing wrong with Deinonychus, though. It fits the same Jurassic style as a frilled Dilophosaurus or a chameleon Carnotaurus. The basilisk Deinonychus is one of the better designs they've made and it does a great job of differentiating itself from the Velociraptors. It's actually creative instead of just throwing on a bunch of feathers for the sake of "accuracy." Everybody acts like every dinosaur they introduce has to be 100% paleo accurate and up to date with current scientific trends and theories instead of just letting Frontier make a cool design that fits in with the old 90s-style Jurassic Park designs.
@@ShredderPeekIt doesn’t have to be accurate, it just needs to be inspired and look good. The JWE Deinonychus has the skull of a dorito chip and is frankly one of their worst designs.
I would agree with you if they made the effort to have relatively scientific representations of those animals. But they don't. They only picked those because they are popular in "dinomonster" communities, adding spikes for good measure.
Not bad. I was kind of hoping for an expansion pack or just a predator pack in general. Would have been a great opportunity to feature predators from other timezones. The game has a lot of Cretaceous critters as it is. I'd appreciate some more love for the other eras like Jurassic, Triassic, or maybe a few Paleozoic and Cenozoic creatures. I'm glad we finally got the Concavenator, something people have been asking for (now hopefully we'll see Plateosaurus at some point). This could bury the hopes for another Camp Cretaceous Pack again with Tarbosaurus here and Nothosaurus in the last pack. Utahraptor is a lovely addition, and I'm looking forward to seeing what Gigantoraptor can do.
Honestly, I wouldn't hold out hopes for any Cenezoic creatures. Frontier has gone to some extreme lengths (imo) to not include Cenezoic animals when they easily could have.
@@seadragon-zt2kn Mate, Frontier has said on their forums they have no interest in making Cenezoic animals. And even if you don't want to believe that, they have gone to extreme lengths to not include Cenezoic animals. People claim that humans have great pattern recognition, but I'm not seeing it here.
@@VelociraptorsOfSkyrimFrontier said the same thing about Camp Cretaceous content before the game released in 2021 and non-reptile aquatics before Dunkleosteus was added. They even put out a Tweet in August or September 2021 that openly said "We have no plans for Camp Cretaceous content at this time." "We have no plans for X" is not a complete confirmation that something will never arrive, it's just cautious corporate-speak to get people's expectations off and to avoid promising anything. It doesn't guarantee it will happen but it doesn't mean it never will happen either.
@@VelociraptorsOfSkyrim Okay, you don't need to be rude about it. I'd just like to see Cenozoic and Paleozoic animals get more attention. They deserve it just as much.
The Tarbosaurus is beautiful, the model is incredibly good, I really like the Tarbosaurus from Hidden adventure. Now we are missing other canonical species Spinoceratops, Smilodon, Microceratus etc... Spinoceratops has a very cool designer in Jurassic World alive, and his skin is also very beautiful, imagine in JW Evolution 2.
YES!!! I do hope that a Jurassic Predator DLC is next tho :) and these are the 4 I would want in it :) Jurassic Predator DLC Idea List: - Stokesosaurus - Torvosaurus - Sauraphagonyx - Eustreptospondylus
Lost my account while close to platinum for first one. Really got to get back in these. Grew up onZoo Tycoon Expansion with dinosaurs and water creatures. This is amazing
So if the comments are correct, Tarbosaurus, Concavenator, Utahraptor, and Gigantoraptor? The raptors look stunning! I gasped at the Utahraptor! Amazing work!
They look rad, but I was hoping for a Permian or a Triassic pack. The fact they released the Dimetrodon, Lystrosaurus, and Dunkleosteus. Mostly the Dunkleosteus because the animal was in the Devonian period and it was made by Frontier in their own style. Makes me wonder if they will eventually make them in the future. Maybe next year, fingers crossed.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say we won't ever get a pack devoted to Permian or Devonian. Because then people will be requesting multiple packs from those eras and many others will be saying "well why couldn't we get a Pleistocene pack since the smilodon is in CC??". It'd be just an endless chain of complaints and whining. Triassic is more likely but considering they haven't given us a Jurassic Pack yet, I'm still doubtful on Triassic.
@@JBrotsis1 Well not the Devonian pack, that's just an example on Frontier surprising us on adding animals from their respective time periods. The Lystrosaurus and the Dimetrodon was added in because they were in the last Jurassic film. And yeah I doubt they will ever make the Pleistocene pack, we can all agree to rule that out. Who knows exactly when or even if they will make the pack, let alone what's their plan for future contents. It's hard to keep the expectations high for future contents, but I'll wait and see what surprises they have in store for us.
Hypothetically, if they were to add packs containing some Paleozoic creatures, these two would be more than enough for me… *Permian Pack* Edaphosaurus Scutosaurus Inostrancevia Helicoprion *Invertebrate Pack* Arthropleura Meganeura (insect feeder) Jaekelopterus (lagoon platform) Parapuzosia seppenradensis
But if we are being more realistic, I think Frontier is more likely to consider packs, which would allow them to implement the last three missing movie/show creatures: Microceratus, Smilodon, and Sino-Pino. In that sense, I could see them implementing something like a Herbivore Pack (or more specifically a Cretaceous Herbivore Pack), a Cenozoic Pack (or more specifically an Ice Age pack), and possibly a Hybrid Pack (which may or may not bring back JWE1’s three unique hybrids too).
Dear Frontier animators and staff! am thoroughly amazed by how great this DLC looks. The effort put into feathers is awe inspiring. Thank you so much for putting a paleo-Accurate spin on JWE2. Also i am heartbroken that such a large number of staff are bring laid-off. I send my sincere thanks, wishes and best of luck to all staff of Frontier and Frontier itself. I got a wishlist for 2024 What do you guys think. Permian Species DLC: Edaphosaurus, Helicoprion, Inostrancevia and Scutosaurus. Triassic Species DLC: Liliensternus, Plateosaurus, Placerias and Postosuchus. (I Only included two dinosaurs in the Triassic DLC's because we already have two carnivorous dinosaurs from the Triassic Period in JWE2's roster. Coelophysis and Herrerasaurus. Besides i think it would be a more accurate representation of the Triassic Period to include the Non-Dinosaurian animals that lived alongside the first dinosaurs. ) Cretaceous Herbivore DLC: Microceratus, Protoceratops, Saltasaurus and Shantungosaurus. Jurassic Species DLC: Archeopterex (Urvogel), Hetrodontosaurus, Shunosaurus and Yangchunosaurus. What do you snd the fans think id appreciate your input.
Nanuqsaurus, pycnonemosaurus, haztegopterix and achillobator are my favs, other like lithronax, sachiasaurus, erlinkosaurus, torvosaurus, ballibonavenatrix, sauroposeidon or daspletosaurus are also great animals
Woooooo! Yeeaaahh baby! That's what I was wanting for. My own theory about Concavenator is right, Utah looks very majestic, Gigantoraptor is a buff dude, and Tarbosaurus just a big boi
Tarbosaurus design from Camp Cretaceous!! Gigantoraptor?!? NO WAY! I knew Concovenator would be in at some point. But i never expected a design to be so detailed for each of them! I’m happy they’re doing more feathered creatures!! What’s next!?! A JURASSIC WORLD CAMP CRETACEOUS CAMPAIGN?!?!! Ok if the developers do this, I wanna hug each member who made this game!!
So amazing! Finally we got the Hidden Adventure exclusive carnivore, Tarbosaurus 🤩! Tarbosaurus was part of Cretaceous Predatory DLC pack, so Dino-fantastic! Cannot wait to have this DLC soon 🤗.
Oh, sweet! Finally, we’re getting Tarbo, Concavenator and Gigantoraptor! And yeah, another raptor, but hey, it’s the biggest of the bunch and looks *_BEAUTIFUL,_* so I’m not complaining!
As someone that’s been wishing for the Tarbosaurus for months I’m soo glad it’s finally here, and the other additions just, make me beyond happy! I never thought I’d see an accurate utahraptor in a JW game but here we are!
I mean this isn't what we really wanted, but what we needed ( All of them are looking AMAZING, heck, even the Tarbo which I think it's personally the least pleasant looking ) And hell yeah! As a spanish player I'm REAAAALLY grateful to see the Concavenator getting into the game, ( the Utahraptor and specially the Gigantoraptor also look amazing )
@@gonzacabro1126As a Colombian with 25% of spanish ascendence and looking forward to get the spanish nationality in really happy for the ConcGOATvenator
Amazing the gigantoraptor makes me really exited for it, the utahraptor is very accurate, i like to see that jwe2 makes more scienfifcly accurate dinos insteed of jurassic world
Look at the Concavenator!!! Y'all, check out the update notes on the official forums: Allosaurus, brachiosaurus, dimorphodon, pteranodon, and stegosaurus will get new variants from their respective movies
Wonderful news & magnificent species. I hope Frontier will add us Microceratus, the hybrids (including Spinoceratops), Smilodon (with more Cenozoic species in the next DLC) & add more species from the Triassic+Jurassic period & Paleozoic era (from Cambrian to Permian) in JW:E2, right👍😉🌌
The dinos in Jurassic universe are ment to be inacurate do to the story in the movies. In the Jurassic world, Dr. Wu explained that dinos are not like their real life counter-parts due to the DNA mixing and modificating. So Tarbo is looking like that and if you want real life dinos go play Prehistoric park. Otherwise, leave Jurassic community. Tarbo design is FIRE!
@@godzillatron1357 "Prehistoric Kingdom" You mean? Prehistoric Park is a show. And just because I said Tarbo isn't accurate doesn't mean I hate the design.
I looking forwards to this pack i hope we get one for the herbivore and pterosaur and these would what i like to see for them pack if they happen Herbivore Microceratus Argentinosaurus Shantungosaurus Ornithomimus(feather) Pterosaur Ornithocheirus Pterodaustro Thalassodromeus Hatzegopteryx
Super!! About time Tarbosaurus comes to Jurassic World Evolution 2, along with the other 3 new dinos (Gigantoraptor, Concavenator, & Utahraptor) as well!🦕🦖🦖🦖 Yet, I can't wait to get it either at the end of November or Christmas next month, along with the recent new "Planet Zoo: Oceanic DLC Pack." Plus, can't wait to name the Tarbosauruses after the ones from the 2 Dino King movies! So now, all that's left is both the Microceratus, Spinoceratops, & the skin color of Little Eatie Tyrannosaurus to be added next year, along with the Gondola System, Kayak, Cretaceous Cruise, Gentle Giants Petting Zoo, & Hidden Adventure attractions as well!🦕🦕 Leaping Prenocephale! And here are my next 2 new DLC pack ideas for next year also.... 1) Forest Herbivore DLC Pack-- Caudipteryx, Lambeosaurus, Camptosaurus, & Plateosaurus 2) Avian Species DLC Pack-- Anchiornis, Microraptor, Archaeopteryx, & Sinornithosaurus Happy Thanksgiving, Jurassic World Evolution 1 & 2!!!🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃
Wow! I took my time to check the website a few minutes and suddenly noticed and checked that new pack then came to RU-vid to check it out. After this video was posted, i must be one of the earliest to notice and watch that before that video remained there until one hour.
Would like to see a Japanese pack in the future with these: Fukuisaurus Fukuiraptor Tambatitanis Fukuivenator Kamuysaurus Futabasaurus Paralitherizinosaurus
Also, would like to see a herbivore pack with these: Plateosaurus Patagotitan Microceratus (unless they are saving it for another major DLC) Camptosaurus Diamantinasaurus Antarctopelta Stegouros Wannanosaurus
Since this is a Cretaceous predator pack I wouldn't be surprised if the next one is a Cretaceous herbivores pack. If so Shantungosaurus, Argentinosaurus, and Microceratus would be great.
Can you please do a "cretaceous herbivore pack" with: Tarchia, Ornithomimus, Shantungosaurus( that defende itself), Shunosaurus (that difende itself),and Eniosaurus ? For me would be entrasting to see more herbivores that defende themselves P.S. Love this carnivore pack
Now we need a Cretaceous Herbivore pack • Ornithomimus (like Struthiomimus but fluffy) • Protoceratops • Shantungosaurus • Psittacosaurus (or Microceratus)
The free update included should add more animations for Sauropods and Hadrosaurs fighting back. • Sauropods fight with their necks and tails, and they can also stomp on predators using their sheer size. • Hadrosaurs can use their tails and also can deliver a powerful kick to the face.
@@orionmclaughlin5680 Yes, they definitely need that. The free update that goes with this pack is absolutely amazing so that is giving me hope that they will do something like that in a free update in the future.
I loved that the creatures in the game are becoming scientifically accurate, I don't know if it's because the producers prefer it that way, if this is working to get the players' attention, or if the public simply he requested. Anyway, the next update could be... I don't know Tyrannosauroides pack With Nanuqsaurus, Gorgosaurus, Guanlong, and Zuchengtyrannus(I don't remember how to spell it, it's even possible that the latter is the ancestor of Tyrannosaurus and Tarbosaurus, or at least least they had the same common ancestor ) Anyway, or a pack of Ceratopcians, including Psittacosaurus, a dinosaur that we know had its true color, that they had tail feathers, and were probably very social, could even make them live similar to Meerkats,Other creatures would be like Eotriceratops, Monoclonyus (I don't remember how to spell it), Regaliceratops. Anyway, you have a lot of options, why not add mammals? You can place Rapenomamus, a mammal that lived during the Cretaceous, alongside Psittacosaurus, we know that they were predators and we have evidence of hunting the Psittacosaurus, and you can then create a special animation exclusive for the interaction between these two species , another mammal would be Didelphodon, or Purgatoryus, which is nothing less than an ancestor of us Primates, from the Cretaceous, living at the same time as Tyrannosaurus and Triceratops,There are also Cynognathus and Trinaxodon, Why not the animals of the Carboniferous? As is Meganeura, or Arthropleura, or Proterogyrinus?.Why not a series of packs covering each geological period of the Fanerozoic?
