I agree with you, the communication between team members was really accurate in tone. The team leader communicated a lot like they really do. Another one to check out if you want to see how close it was and realistic interactions is Act of Valor which was done by actual Navy SEALs. These guys did a surprisingly good job of interactions despite not being actors. I never thought Garand Thumb could act but apparently he can do that too. Hollywood tends to over dramatize these types of interactions... but this one really nailed it.

Im not usually one for fan films and the like because I cant ever see past gear inconsistencies, unrealistic weapons and handling and bad, forced banter between characters trying to sound like SOF guys. But this was fuckin rad. Everything from gear/weapons (as expected) to even the banter ("Oh no your crayons are gonna melt!", "They taste better melted" made me laugh hysterically) was so well done. Home run guys!

The practical effects and props were something to behold. The interactions were a bit dry in some parts, but in others seemed genuine. My one complaint is the cgi was a bit unrealistic, and the dinosaurs looked pretty clunky and out of place, but with such a small budget, I’d say this was a solid short. If something like this was done again, my only wish is for more fluent cgi (Also, at some parts the speaking was quieter than the ambiance and music, but more realistic audio is probably pretty costly). Overall, great job!

Came over from Klayton Fioriti's channel after hearing about it for the first time. Overall I rather enjoyed it. Obviously the dino animations weren't that great but, considering such a small budget, a decent job. The night vision raptor scene was the best. I personally feel the first raptor and Brachios were too much. I get that it was 25 minutes and you gotta have dinos but I almost feel that seeing them less, at least in the beginning, would have been better. Maybe have more props if you can, like have someone in a raptor foot run in the puddle scene at the beginning. Anyway, I'm not an expert on such things. It was still great to watch. Had some great angles and some good acting here and there. Would definitely watch any other videos you make on the franchise.

That was by far, the coolest fan film I have seen in a while. And all done on a budget of basically nothing to boot! The special effects, especially the tracer effects through the NOD's was brilliant. Can't wait to see a part two of this.

Great short. Might I suggest creating a page over at IMFDB (internet movie firearm database) so you can list all the weapons and gear used here. It would help lead people over to the parts designed by Haley and your other partners. I know that's not the primary goal of this film, but it could help fund future gear, movies etc. It's worth considering IMHO

yes! I think the corridor crew could have fixed most of the small mistakes in this movie. It looks and feels a little cheap. It is still a good movie, but it is lacking some flavor

Only 25 minutes?! This was done well!!! Felt like an episode of a series and I loved the tactics. That Hawaiian brush can get annoying and nasty so props for trekking through it well. 12/10 would overwatch

This was truly amazing! The effort you guys put into this definitely shows on screen! The GCI was pretty great and the actor was also lovely to watched. Enjoyed the cinematography multiple times. This story is visualized in a beautiful way! Keep it up!

well no kidding. Do you have any idea how costly CGI FX is? For reference. George Lucas spent 25% of the original Star Wars budget setting up Industrial Light and Magic (they hadnt even produced anything yet) in 1975/6 It took ILM another almost 20 years of development to be able to do the dinosaurs in the original Jurassic Park for Spielberg in the early 90s. Another 20 years of technology and development later, it cost an estimated $170-250 million USD to make the most recent Jurassic World blockbuster. So yeah, these dinosaurs arent going to look like that.
