Check time stamp 31:27/46:43 - The presentation (slide) shows that Article 162 of Constitution states "Supervisory jurisdiction" includes jurisdiction to issue writs or orders in the nature of habeas corpus, certiorari, mandamus, prohibition and quo warranto. When I cross-checked from the constitution, Article 162 rather talks about freedom and independence of the media. Article 161 of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana rather states that, "Supervisory jurisdiction" includes jurisdiction to issue writs or orders in the nature of habeas corpus, certiorari, mandamus, prohibition, and quo warranto.

Can the exercise of the original jurisdiction of the SC to declare the constitutionality of actions of the legislature, executive and administrative bodies, be classified as judicial review?
