This house is a modern architectural marvel that seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings. Located on a vast plot overlooking the Jurumirim reservoir in Brazil, the house is designed as a floating wooden pavilion supported by a concrete platform. This elevated structure creates a sense of openness and connection to the landscape.
The interior is thoughtfully planned, with distinct social and private areas separated by a central "plaza." Large windows and sliding doors allow for abundant natural light and ventilation, while the use of sustainable materials like CLT wood panels contributes to the home's eco-friendliness. The house incorporates innovative design features such as rainwater harvesting and efficient energy systems, making it a truly sustainable and comfortable living space.
