If you add a little coconut oil to your chocolate it will make a shell like they usecto dip ice cream and other things like cherries etc in plus gives really lovely shine
I love this recipe. Cooking for my grandchildren has been a challenge that I’ve embraced. I’ve learned that it’s not sugar but the the type of sugar that’s important. This recipe is perfect for them and I can’t wait to make it for them.
These recipes sound so good unfortunately I am blind if there was anyway you could put a description at the top of the comments with the ingredients my voiceover will not read the whole description box I have sent some of these videos to my daughter who loves them but I would love to be able to prepare them on my own thank you and happy holidays
I strongly suggest white mulberry powder as sugar alternative. Berrilys does them. They are great for baking and desserts. The only downside is, it doesn't dissolve in water. So they are only good for baking and you need to break the clumps before use.
Tried this - sooo quick and was a great hit, used milk chocolate and it wasn't too sweet and also sprinkled some ground pistachio on top before chocolate set, was amazing, thank you!!
Hi novice baker here. Just want to ask how many minutes of cooking the ingredients so the bar is hard. The last 2 times i made something like this you'll to spoon it off as it did not harden enough. Thanks for your reply.
I know I’m going to like these! I’ve tasted peanut butter with honey and it is really good. So this has got to be along the same lines as that. And then robe in chocolate? Yum Yum Yum. Thank you!
For how long will these stay fresh in the refrigerator as all the ingredients have a good shelf life. It'll be extremely kind of you if you can clear my query
Great dessert. It looks so tasty and simple to make. I look forward to trying it and looking forward to more recipes. Feliz Año Nuevo. Happy New Year 💕✨
Looks good to me. No extra sugar (just the sweetness from the honey, which I react much better to than sugar or sugar substitutes). Likewise the dark chocolate is good in small amounts and the amount you get on each bar is pretty small. Much better for me than most offerings at the holidays!
@@timhold2016 high potassium, fiber, protein, magnesium. Yes, they're high calorie/fat, but this is a TREAT and you hopefully aren't scarfing down an entire stack.
She used peanut, honey, black chocolate, white chocolate and vegi oil. So she clearly doesn't know how to count as that adds to 5 ingredients lol not even going into sugar free 😏
Gorgeous and looks very tasty! Interesting that you use UNsweetened chocolate...good unsweetened chocolate (especially the white variety) is not readily available here in the states, is there a particular brand you use for this? Could we use regular sweet chocolate or does the unsweetened chocolate make it taste even better?
Mom always had a bar of Hershey's unsweetened chocolate in the fridge. I must've been an early chocoholic - I recall sometimes gnawing on THAT chocolate! There are also Baker's, Ghiradelli, Guitard, and Scharffen Berger (the latter I'd see when I used to work holidays at Williams Sonoma before it closed the one in "my" mall.) Or maybe you can order some online. If I go the semi-sweet route, I have a Trader Joe's Pound Plus: 72% Cacao Dark Chocolate bar in my pantry, which will be great (IMHO.)
