Ingredients:
1 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar (can be adjusted based on flavor preference)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup melted butter
1 large egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips and blueberry
Process:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then mix in milk, melted butter (or oil), and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until just combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy.
Bake: Preheat oven to 200°C. grease the muffin cup, fill each cup about 2/3 full, and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
