Letting listing 2023 for the offices in the JJX building notes "These first and second floor offices are located on Pensnett Trading Estate and form part of the JJX Logistics site. The offices are accessed via communal reception area and are in a shared office block along with the Landlord's offices. The offices can be let separately or as a whole dependant on the tenants needs. Kitchen and toilet facilites will be installed by the Landlord into the separate office suites if required." Appears they sublet some of their office spaces when available. Great video and views. 👍⭐⭐⭐
Would put money on it that the lads on the gas have been on the biffter all morning. Utility gangs can't seem to function if not full of the owld marching powder.
That odd little round security guard whose gender is hard to guess was very rude at the start mate. He was snappy with his questions and called you a dodgy bloke twice and tried winding the driver up. You should give people like that the baby dummy instead.
nah he's just doing his job, seems young and learning. Yes seeing a camera and drone is strange but he was reasonable and understanding and didn't start arguing and listened too
@@pjl8119I think the opposite they will probably relax the laws at least for corporations as drone delivery's become a thing. Saying that I wouldn't be at all surprised if the civilian IDs became more expensive and they make more hoops to jump through.
@@teknikal6969if that was to happen, laws on drones would tighten to prevent accidental crashes. Look what happened when drones first came out. There were crashes, I'm pretty sure even accidents with drones and planes. Now consider that using drones commercially takes flight (no pun intended,) imagine all those drones being used hovering and landing everywhere. This will create concerns and the likelihood of crashes/accidents/death from improper use exponentially. If we are considering carrier drones (package delivery.) We are talking about medium to large drones that can carry the load. So now we have a situation where large drones are flying around hobbyist unmanned aircrafts. Hyperthetically speaking.
DJ. You ever thought about looking at historical sites using your drone. I for one would find it interesting. Like for example, there is a old war battery on the Isle of Sheppey. It isn't easily accesible to everyone but a drone would reach it no problem (depending on range of drone.) To reach it by foot you need to cross a section that is known for landslides. So alot of people either do not know about it or have never seen it. I couldn't say what the flight restrictions are like on the island. I do know it has a few prisons on it.
A UK Bonded Warehouse is a secure warehousing facility that meets all HMRC's customs warehousing regulations and is approved to store goods under bond on behalf of an Importer. Meaning, companies that import goods into the UK from abroad can store them without paying Customs Duty.
Hi DJ, great video as always. As a long time viewer I've always had a little suggestion that could improve the content! Have you ever thought about exploring telemetry overlays for your drone footage. So we have some height, speed, distance etc.. statistics, which as a drone flyer I would find really interesting. Keep up the good work 👍
Dj I watch everyday, I'm from chaddesden in derby and sure I seen you filming a lorry yard up long Eaton opposite the plank and leggitt pub, can you confirm it was you, I really wanted to stop fora keyring but was late for a job
Cadent are pretty cool, when I had issues with my gas meter and the test nipple had disintegrated they came out and were very good and professional. Respect to Cadent employees!
The security was pretty decent really .. nothing wrong with curiosity, but he knew not to over-step his bounds and dealt with it all very well. No drama in a DJ vid is a good day too.
I don't get why these businesses don't just embrace that bit of free publicity. I guess if they did there'd be no need for you Dj how ever I like to watch the good as muche as do the bad. I just like to see what's going on in other country's lol
DJ is a legend ...I imagine if he wished to, he could annoy the Dalai Lama into a quote stating '' RU-vidrs called DJ are better chased with sticks than words'' ...I'll quote an equally relevant statement made by Dave Lister on this subject pertaining to uppity security guards '' You never learn, do you? ''. 🤣...Nice work. The police have cottoned on generally...Wannabe police? AKA poorly (cheaply trained) security guards, not so much. Some security guards that is...In fairness, most are highly professional, informed people.
Aw, what a gentleman Ollie is, very heartwarming to see and hear him. The toothless woolhat behind the gate was quite nice really, he can't help being a bit slow.
Why do people who wirk in a business actually think that a camera persin or drone flyer actually needs permission when he is in public. Its like that big camera they have on the wall. Did they ask DJ or anyone else about recording them?
That was a generous pass. A rude Day-Glo Darren who can barely speak, barking curt demands to know what you're doing. He calmed down, but you never get a second chance to give a first impression of a company.
