Hey Jimmy. Saw Whiskeytown back in the day in SF. Weird show where Ryan had all the spotlights turned off so they played in the dark. Also saw Wilco on the Being There tour and that was one of the best shows I have been to. Jay Bennett and Jeff were amazing together live. Wilco post YHF became more Jeff Tweedy and friends imo. Americana, No Depression, Alt country of the 90's was a great time.
Big alt country fan here Jimmy . Love those early Wilco albums , also including Mermaid Ave ( Being there is my favourite). Whiskey town as well , particularly Strangers almanac . More alt country please 👍
