i Wish they give this to modders already . i just cant imagine how better then evrima this would be in like few months

Also dilos turning in legacy is actually really good, unless you’re fighting a utah or dibble or something, I think all evrima dilo needs honestly is a slide, as for dilos crouch animation, it could be faster and lower to the ground when not moving but carno also has the same problem in evrima where it stands up a little higher

I also wish legacy dilo’s 3 call and 4 call made it to evrima, the evrima 3 call is too high pitched and screamy compared to this one and the 4 call is like a weird clicky noise, kinda alien I guess like you said lol

6:26 Not if you're a solo Omni, because if you are a solo Omni a Dilo is the single most terrifying thing in the game, because if you get envenomated even if you kill it there will be hallucinations, and if you start getting the organs out of a dilo that envenomated you the hallucinations will spawn as zombies. I have seen it on a video, may be a bug but I really hope it's a feature because it was the creepiest thing I have seen in this game.

I honestly like Evrima Dilo more, though it is probably because of the animations, only legacy animations I still like are probably just Allo and Giga's animations. Also I used to go back to legacy every now and then too but then every time I got into combat it made me regret it, even if I win it's was just not satisfying anymore, you either die because you are incapabile of turning around or win because the person you killed was incapabile of turning around.

4:56 I disagree, Legacy Carno is pretty much the easiest thing to be in the game, you are not only the fastest but also have a ton of stamina, you can pick your fights and there is nothing anyone can do to avoid you, but also if you decide that you don't wanna fight anymore mid fight you are free to run away, because what are they gonna do ? Chase you ? Though that kinda also made it the most fun thing in the game in my opinion, in my last year on legacy I'd just pick Carno on a deathmatch server, bite literally everyone and either watch them hopelessly chase me or kill them if they are smaller, even when other people picked carno to catch up to me I could use the bleed system so they'd die regardless.

Also you can turn on the hud for food and water to show at all times, just turn static hud on lol

15:12 I think 1 bite from a Carno is enough to make a Dilo bleed out, if I remember correctly, but it's only if you keep running.

Ok so Im gonna try and compile all of my thoughts into one comment here if I can: I think dilo IS scary in evrima, but its not as sneaky as it should be like you said and it definitely feels different from legacy, however I think they're both good in different ways, I used to not like evrimas model at all but now its kinda grown on my and legacy's version looks less scary imo but evrima dilo could definitely have a less stompy-footstep sound affect. I also like legacy dilo's idle animation more, right now actually a lot of creatures in evrima have boring idle animations, omni's got changed at some point when gateway released I remember and its stayed the same ever since and theres literally 0 movement to it and in the hordetest the same goes for hererra I think, and deino doesnt move too which is ok I guess considering he's a big chonky gator but idk. Both legacy and evrima's dilo 3 calls are good imo but again I used to not like evrima dilo's 3 call, and now I actually prefer evrima dilo's 1 call, the 4 call in evrima is still weird though. Both f calls are good. I have a mixed opinion on the bite sounds, I used to not like evrima dilo's bite sound as it seemed too much like ceratos but its, like just about everything in this comment lol, growing on me now. 13:02 juvi carno in legacy is actually a lot slower, like anything as a baby in legacy, so even if he ran you would've caught up with ease. Not everything about carno is op XD. Ok last thing (idk if anyone's gonna read this far lol) but I miss the temperate forest biome of legacy so much, if they could change anything in evrima I would say just remodel every asset to look like a more temperate forest-biome-thing so it could fit legacy's vibe. And also yeah don't mess with acros on legacy at all unless you're an apex because they're super fast do a ton of bleed and from my experience seem to turn pretty fast for their size XD

Hot take perhaps but Legacy Dilo was straight ass. Not as in it was weak or anything, just that its whole gameplay being biting someone once and then walking around until they died was so uninteresting. To be fair though , that can be said about every Legacy dino because of how underdeveloped the combat system was.
