I am tuning in from central Canada and wanted to thank you for a wonderful recipe, wonderfully presented. You video production is exceptional. Thank you for the English subtitles. I made two small modifications to your recipe one being maple syrup rather than honey. We distill our own maple syrup so it is sort free to use. I also included a small amount of grated carrot which adds a wonderful and unique sweetness of it own. Our family will be having this wonderful pork rib recipe in the future thanks to you. I really like how you do things when you’re cooking. You do use certain ingredients that’s not used as much in my part of the world, but it’s the cooking process that intrigues me. What intrigues me is the fact that even though I’m in a way different part of the world and we use different ingredients, I can still use the same method of cooking that you use but instead use different ingredients and it always tastes good 👍 Thank you 🙏
Greetings from USA > Colorado > Rocky Mountains. This is a beautiful video and the food makes my mouth water. As others have mentioned, the cut of ribs is different than in the USA. It looks much thicker, like there is bacon attached. I will have to consult with a butcher for more information. Thank you.
