I don’t see how, after 4 contempt hearings and Methy has done nothing that she was ordered to do, that the judge will allow her anymore time to stay in the house. I think this will be it. But I bet you she will get in touch with the court and say she is working in FL and can’t be there that day just to put it off longer. She will do something to prolong it. Though she did say she’s moved her dogs to Mikes moms so…🤷🏻♀️ It really depends on the judge if she’ll just be forced out and if attorney fees are granted, or they could technically hold her in jail until her contempt is cleared up. I do think Étienne agreed the 40k would be taken out and however much she’s borrowed from him and half of the repairs when the house is sold, so I don’t know if the judge does lock her up if it’s just a few days. Otherwise it could seem as legally too punitive. It’s just hard to say at this point. However she’s also pro se (acting as her own lawyer,) and at this point, has also continued to harass Étienne and his counsel AND there’s two different affidavits filed by repair men and that realtor of her harassment and interfering with their work. So the judge is surely already fed up and wanting this resolved ASAp. If Étienne wanted to be dirty he could also pull up her defaming him for years online and criminal accusations which also breaks their non disparagement agreement , AND her severe relentless daily harassment of hundreds of messages. It’s not MGL asking for extension because if she did it would have to be in a motion filed thru the court. The change of the date is most likely a conflict in the Judges diary. By law, MGL had the right to argue Etienne’s motion. She doesn’t have a leg to stand on because it’s a 4th contempt motion. Basically, she has to explain herself and I wouldn’t be surprised if the Judge puts her in jail for contempt. Hope this helps
