He's upset and is ignoring me from the past 3 days his mobile's off , and his brother's not replying that kid is posting stories but ignoring me as well , shit siblings😑 I swear hurts alot when you love someone and they start ignoring us , we've been together from the past 3 years and he's kinda moody . Totally understand the low energy thing. I've deduced it to "that time of the year" being a preschool teacher who only gets vacation in Dec. I'm getting enough sleep, exercising more than usual and eating as healthily as I can lol but constantly tired Also, go team "dry the dishes naturally!"😂

I understand when you get frustrated at yourself for not being able to do the most “basic” things because I do that too, but as a fellow person who struggles with both ADHD and other stuff I can tell you, you’re doing great Taz.

Yes to the vitamins, you can get some you take once a day instead of 3 times, I take mine before bed just before brushing my teeth so it’s part of my every day routine. Also with drinking water, I have a routine of: 1 glass before leaving home, one small bottle on the way to work, one glass on lunch, small bottle on way home, one glass at dinner and one before bed, sounds like a lot but I find it easy to stick too because it’s worked into my natural routine of things I already do every day. I can’t help with sleep routine bcos mine is also awful 😅
For memorizing I tend to do it throughout the day so it's a little less boring. Do it once right when you wake up, once when you're eating lunch, once in between editing, once before bed, etc. And just run through it a few times throughout the day

I relate too hard to so much of this. I use a habits app to remind me to do things like take my supplements. Started college, sleep cycle ruined. Finally started to go back to normal then roommates got a puppy that wakes me up which has destroyed any semblance of a healthy sleep cycle. Pasta is indeed the answer when stressed.
I recommend using an icecream spoon to remove the avocado nut and scoop out the avo. I made a fb reel a few months back. It's better than using my avocado hoop knife.
I was told of by my trainer when I worked at the care home….. She said raise your hand if you take multi vitamins without doctors consent. Me and a few others raised our hands…. She was not happy. Saying it’s bad to take anything unless a doctor has said you have a deficiency
I have ADHD and write reminders for everything including vitamins, each meal, water and even bathroom breaks. Sounds extreme but I have to. Sending love ❤️
I have some notes 🤣 1. you should get yourself a sofa bed and use the space your real bed is for something better 2. breakfast is not the most important meal of the day, it's very different person to person and what to have for breakfast changes massively culture to culture. I had curry for breakfast today, it was great 3. my boyfriend is the same out of sight out of mind and I leave lil notes for him around until it becomes habit 4. if you read it maybe twice a day for a week or so you'd memorise it and it'd be in your long term memory, there's a pattern to memorising things You so sweet and I just have the urge to say helpful things to you
Yes, leave it out so when you see it it will remind you. Also the opposite is good to, dont put it down put it away. Lol i have tried so many things with my adhd and i have found what works for me and what helps me to get through my day with the nerodivergent brain that i have, doesn all of my coping techniques work...not all the time but if i can get through the day and not have a mental break down then it was a good day. One day at a time.
This time of year I struggle with energy levels too. I always supplement with Vitamin D because that is one of the most difficult to get from food so rather than a multivitamin, plain vitamin D might be more effecient. And try get one where you only have to take one for the day
Dont be afraid with the dishwasher! im sure you can figure out have to use it and once you do its like neat to have just to put them in and personally not like having to do the dishes by hand saves me so much time
i go through the same weird sleeping cycles phase. where even when i am tired, i cant sleep right on time n even after sleeping , my brain is restless, hence i try hypnosis, which has really helped me a lot. listening to these hypnosis which are easily available on youtube while sleeping makes me feel fresh n more productive. should recommend that to you :) :)
What I found helps me about water-intake, is to have a really really large bottle and putting flavoured water in it. I don't know what it's calles in english, but in norwegian it's Saft

To curl your hair better with straightners to make sure your not going to burn you or your hair is to put it at your root on a strand and turn the straightners 360 degrees either up or down and just pull the straightners down to the ends and off :)

Hey Taz love your videos and have been watching you for a long time now and you are amazing keep being you, I wanted to post this in the comments to ask if you could try and do a supermarket delivery video, I’m a uni student living in a city I don’t know and don’t know what shops are the best for me to go and anxiety (lol) makes me want to just get them delivered and apparently Lidl has delivery now. Seen as you did a supermarket comparison video before I thought maybe you’d like the idea of doing the home deliveries version. concerning low energy - you might lack iron or d-vitamin/both so recommend taking supplements for them! being deficient in them make you tired and kinda melancholic

Object permanence and the hunger thing are could be your ADHD, as it is with a lot of people. Finding a way to have things visible has helped me a lot. I used to learn scripts by sticking them to the shower door and doing them while showering. you're in there anyway may as well use the time you would be having a shower concert to repair for an upcoming show

Hi just come across your video because you know life is having same vibe. Although I can't be sure of this , it seems you may have some iron deficiency as well. it happens alot to women as we all know. It kind of sneaks up on you. Alot of women survive and are kicking ass with low iron until they symptoms gets undeniable . I have to say I am one of those and I hated that feeling of resting but not feeling rested. Multivitamins are great if you are lacking in it but they don't contain iron , they usually have folic acid you need to buy a separate iron supplement. There is liquid iron which will be easy to take. But I also suggest seeing your doctor just to a general blood test to see if you have a true deficiency. Sometimes it's hard doing everything thing on our own as a young Independent woman but you are doing the best you can . Keep going.
Do me a favor taz... listen to this 55 year old momma. You have your life together . You may not 'feel' it. But you do. Don't be so hard on yourself looking for something so elusive. Did you manage to stay alive, a roof over your head, food in your belly.. congrates your world more together than 3/4 of the population. Don't stress it so much.
honestly breakfast isn't the most important meal. science has prooven that you should just stick to what feels right for you when it comes to breakfast, just make sure you eat enough over the course of the rest of the day
Hi Taz, about your tiredness: maybe you have low vitamin D, don't know if that is in your pill. If you can, getting your blood (Ferritin, CRP, vitamin B12, folic acid) and vitamin D levels checked out could be a good idea. Hope you feel better soon!
So, I used to commit blasphemy when I was younger...I used vermicelli noodles when making pasta! It lead to a "cleaner" taste or something. Idk when at this point anymore, all I remember was that it was good!
With regards to remembering things i'd suggest getting an Alexa so that it can remind you daily to do things (I use my alexa a lot and it's great for reminders etc)
