Today, as I listen to this song, I cant help myself. My tears keeps on falling... This is one of the favorite song of my Mama. And she passed last month. I'm missing her and I wish I could turn back time... Be with her, sing to her this song and dance with her... Life without a mom is like living in a world without light....
I know that feeling and you're right. Lose a wife and daughter as well as a mother and you wonder if that light will ever come back on. But it does and you're stronger so the light that lightens your way is brighter if you look for it. When the time is right, and you'll know when that is, that bright light will come and its beautiful. I know cos I've just found it.
My mom had an Anne Murray record when I was very young. Some of my earliest memories are playing around the house and mom reading a book in the living room with this record playing. Life was much more calm and simple back then.
Praise be to the Almightty Creatior He bleesed this woman with a beautiful voice. this song is one of my favorite while learrning to play the guitar and still am playing this either alone or in sessiion it makes me feel almost complete for the challeging day in my life..thanks for the upload God Bless and more power...
Anne has an amazing voice. I never get tired of hearing her sing. She picks songs well matched to her voice and never makes the mistake of letting the background music drown out her beautiful voice.
I hadn't heard Anne Murray's music since I was a kid. Definitely left me missing my dad, who has been gone for 30 years. He liked her music. "Could I Have This Dance" was one of his favorites. It was played at my parents wedding, and indeed he always said it was his theme song for he and my mother. Oh, how I miss my dad, Anne's music is a strong reminder of him, for sure.
Anne Murray is without doubt a most beautiful singer and a most gracious lady. She kept her integrity in a field that takes most down the wrong paths.......God bless you, Anne.
The lyrics are so very real. Anne Murray sings from her heart; whether it be a love song, gospel or Christmas songs.....she sings as a woman without color.......just soul!!!
Had this played at my 50th anniversary party! I remember when it was playing on the radio....pregnant with a son we didn’t think we would have! I remember how much love I felt for him during those precious nine months! We were having our child born out of pure love! Still love him at 56 years this October!
@@barbaramartin8553 I was pregnant in 77 when this song was playing! I had the song played at our 50th anniversary party! I was 30 when my son was born! Hope that clears it up! ❤️. I was simply explaining how much that song meant, and why I played it!
I'm strong I'm sure I'm in control A lady with a plan Believing that life Is a neat little package I hold in my hand I've got it together They call me the girl Who knows just what to say and do Still, I fumble and fall Run into the wall 'Cause when it comes to you I'm just another woman in love A kid out of school A fire out of control Just another fool You touch me and I'm weak I'm a feather in the wind And I can't wait to feel you touching me again With you, I'm just another woman Just another woman in love So pardon me If I should stare And tremble like a child That wanting me look All over your face Is driving me wild I'm just what you make me Can't wait till you take me And set all my feelings free I know that you can So come be my man Tonight, I want to be Just another woman in love A kid out of school A fire out of control Just another fool You touch me and I'm weak I'm a feather in the wind And I can't wait to feel you touching me again With you, I'm just another woman Just another woman in love Just another woman in love A kid out of school A fire out of control Just another fool You touch me and I'm weak I'm a feather in the wind And I can't wait to feel you touching me again With you, I'm just another woman
Friedel Breitenbach
My Mom’s best friend told me that they use to listen to this song when they were young. When my Mom was struck with COVID and then later intubated and put on a ventilator I would play this song along with many others in the hopes of bringing her comfort at a time of struggle. This song definitely reminds me of her. I miss you Mom.
Anne Murray may be one of the most underrated voices of our time. She was as big as any for a period of time, but seems to be largely forgotten. This is my favorite of hers.

Listening Anne Muray's songs inspires me a lot. I can really relate myself to her songs that she had made, thank you for being my inspiration. RIP Anne Murray
Anne Murray she had a magic voice, and shes a bautiful Lady.I dont know why but Always in my life i was fell in love with that song.unforgettable years in 1984 always i keep in my heart so much good memories.one of the best country-pop songs who writing ever.
Very few lady singers are as talented as this lady. In my opinion, you will be unable to discover any song she does not render anything but memorable and simply very well presented.
My boyfriend just sent this to me. I absolutely love him and can't wait to marry him. He has brought light and joy to my life ❤️🥰🥰🥰 I'm just another woman in love 😍
@Monke Man dat likes playing roblos Thank you. We are doing very well and in the process of preparing for marriage. I'm very grateful even in the midst of a pandemic 🙏🏿
This song is my team song to my loveable man who passed away 2012.everytime i heard this song my tears falling to my eyes..coz i always love him untill now..
I saw her when she sang at the San Francisco Symphony Hall. I was fortunate to hear her sing this beautiful song and will always remember the song when I first heard it on the car radio. I had to pull over into a parking lot so that I could listen to the lyrics without having to watch the traffic while driving. Her other song "Who's Leaving Who" is also one of her great songs, and I used to dance to it in a country-western bar.
Because it's very good even among old songs, because it's also a love song, so it gets even deeper, maybe because you are also a woman in love 😂, there can be plenty reasons why you fell 😊
DIOS MIO BENDITO LO QUE ME HE PERDIDO DESDE 1968 ; CON ESTA HERMOSA MUJER Y SU DULCE VOZ SIN NINGUN EFUERZO SALE COMO EL CANTO DE UN ANGEL CELESTIAL ; DIOS CUIDE , PROTEJA Y BENDIGA A ESTA HERMOZA SEÑORA "ANNE MURAY" . .
Sensibilità eccezionale, voce vibrante e trascinante e tanta , tanta passione !!!! Giovanni
Before, I thought I will never love someone again. Thinking that I will live bitter because of the worst betrayal I experienced. But, GOD IS GOOD and FAITHFUL. HE aligned you to me. I have known you and I can't believe that here I am, loving you too much. I will and I am forever grateful to God for your life Dad, my Sgt. Leslie Balagasay Tarroza and I am will always be yours exclusively. God is in full control.
Amazing mix, crying and laughing at the same time! This mix gives me the feeling of oldies are hard to forget and the words hit hard! Lovely, love it! Thank you to the amazing person who put this up
Ahh... Memories of a time gone by, that still glow alive with warmth and life inside our hearts... keep us alive into the future. We stand in the present because of the past as we walk boldly into the future. Thank you for bringing the memories alive again.
I lost my mom when I was 14. Later when I was a few yrs older I heard Anne Murray. I didn't know that she passed. 😢God knows she saved my life many times. I'll always love you. SAY HI TO MY MOM & GRAMMA❤
"Nagsimula ang salpukan, Manok na pula Biglang tinamaan Naggewang-gewang Sa isang iglap lang Ako'y kinabahan Hindi nakatayo, Patay, napuruhan Ang perang hulog sa Palawan, Tinalo ko sa sabungan........."
This song was written by the same two school teachers (or perhaps former ones by this time) who, along with Bob Morrison (a very successful country music songwriter with a degree in-of all things!-nuclear engineering), who wrote the hit song “Lookin’ for Love” from *Urban Cowboy*. So this was their second number one on the country charts. (“Looking for Love” also made it to number five on the pop charts, a remarkable achievement for two novices.)
Anne Murray from so long ago. how could a high school kid not have a heart full of love when I didn't know who was the future love of my life. This song gave me the hope that she was going to be there! She was. Tis song reminds me of my sons mother. LOVE!
I'm strong, I'm sure, I'm in control, a lady with a plan Believing that life is a neat little package I hold in my hand I've got it together, they call me "the girl who knows just what to say and do" Still I fumble and fall, run into the wall, 'cause when it comes to you, I'm Just another woman in love, a kid out of school A fire out of control, just another fool You touch me and I'm weak, I'm a feather in the wind And I can't wait to feel you touching me again With you I'm just another woman, just another woman in love So pardon me if I should stare and tremble like a child That "wanting you" look all over your face is driving me wild I'm just what you make me, can't wait 'till you take me and set all my feelin's free I know that you can, so come be my man, tonight I want to be
I just love the lyrics of this song because it relates to my relationship that I am in, so appropiate are the words, words that he has spoken to me about.... so many times... this song discribes us to the T!!
This song always brings me back to being in my Grandma's basement as a child singing this while listening on earphones thinking about growing up and what life meant. I also think about when I sang it at karaoke as an adult and a few months later the karaoke place burned down with the apartments above and the young guy who served me my cranberry juice as I waited to sing was one of the victims.
