I have been a silent viewer for the past 7 years of watching you. But today Nikki, I just want to say you touched my heart deeply. All this time you were making your beautiful videos inside your home with knowing how bad the world outside was. This all was so symbolic in a way. That one can make their lives beautiful in a place where they feel that was not at all what was outside. Just wanted to hug you and hold you tight. Sister to sister. And say may God keep blessing you each and everyday. He is always listening and he will make things happen. He knows what is best for you. Dear Nikki, You have me in tears. I’m sobbing. I feel seen and understood. But you have also lifted me up and given me such hope. There is so much I relate to. So so much. I’m from the tropics where everything is green, but somehow, through marriage, I have found myself in the California desert and I have never been the same…it has felt like a complete loss of self. Not just the absence of nature, but absence of community, like minded culture, business opportunities to match my talents and so much more. Upon stumbling on your videos a couple of years ago, I have been inspired….oh how you have inspired me to make the very best of what I have. My husband always wonders….because your videos are always on….when I’m laying my bed, when I’m cleaning, when I’m painting… You have been my constant companion. I am proud of the home I have created for my family. But the heart wants what the heart wants. You have given me so much hope Nikki. I FELT your tears and also your joy and profound thanksgiving to God. I am SO HAPPY for you!!!!!! You have reminded me that when God moves, he MOVES and he makes all things beautiful in his time. Dear Nikki, I am so moved and so happy for you and your family. You really did an amazing job of blooming where you were planted before. You did such a beautiful job with your old home, pouring your heart and soul into it and truly creating an oasis for your family in the midst of so much darkness. I had no idea how distressed you were by your surroundings and I didn't know you were watching the city deteriorate before your eyes, although I am not surprised. The same thing is happening here in Canada. My husband and I left a big city and live out in the gorgeous country and we have never looked back. Things were getting bad and we both feel so much better away from the chaos and in nature. It's a bit like, now that you are safely away, you can let down and let yourself feel how bad it was. Also, I too came from a broken home. I know exactly what you are talking about. When your parents split up, even though they still love you, the union that created you no longer exists. It's like being a citizen of a country that has been dissolved and you wander as an orphan of the world...always looking for home. The best way to heal from that is by creating your own stable, beautiful home, and you are truly doing that. God bless you!

Hi Nikki and anyone reading this, i'm so glad that you could had that little beautiful moment with your parents, however, I must say, not because two people are still together it means that they are not in a broken relationship. Trust me, my parents are still marry and they have a horrible relationship, with so much verbal abuse, no respect for eachother and of course no love. I begged my mother so many times to end the pointless marriage she has with my dad, but she didnt listen to me. At least you have two parents who truly love you and respect you and were wise enought to end things before it got a lot worse. "A broken home" can be in a lot of different ways. I send you a hug and hope you have many more beautiful memories in this new home 💕

I got my first home after 8 years of living in a difficult situation. I felt this overwhelming gratitude towards my Lord. Like, i wanted to give him a hug! Oh, Nikki, how beautiful... How loving and tender our Precious Lord is! He heard your deepest cries and immediately put the wheels in motion to deliver you from a place you didn't belong. I have to say, years ago now, our family drove across country through Las Vegas, and I could feel it too. It was a feeling of darkness and fear as we passed through. I couldn't wait to get to the other side. Praise the Lord that He took you out and provided "...abundantly above all that we ask or think..." I'm so happy for you and your family!! 💗

Wow Nikki, what a beautiful soul you have and you share it with us so generously. You are inspired by God and in turn inspire us. You had a house and turned it into a beautiful home despite all the things around you that you weren’t too happy with. Look at what you do with what you are given! I have lived my life as a single Christian mom and now the last 26 years of just on my own on this verse (and others, of course). That's what I felt was happening with you when you cried out to the Lord and wonderful things opened up. He put those desires in your heart all along, led you to pray and brought about His beautiful plan for you and your family. This is my view, of course, from my own perspective and walk. We built our house in transition of my oldest son moving out and he will never live here either. So, it is what it is. He is an adult and making his own way in his life which is the way it’s supposed to be, so all is well ❤ It was hard for the other 2 but everyone has adjusted and is living well now 😊 ✝️ Your testimony is beautiful! God puts desires in our hearts and when we’re living in His will it is His delight to bring them to pass. I’m glad He is bringing healing and unity into you and your family’s life.
