It was like Kaycee read my mind. For the past month, I've been the lonliest I've ever been. I've left friendships, sat alone during lunch, and I've been sadder than usual. i want to learn to enjoy my own company, find a good circle of friends and gett better at not oversharing.

There is a fine line between solitude, and isolation. I have always felt that there is no worse place for me to be than trapped in my own head. Finding a way to distinguish where that line may be, and freeing oneself before becoming imprisoned within one's own mind, is so important in order to avoid becoming isolated. Thank you, Kaycee. I really appreciate you; all that you do, and all that you are. 💖

I hit my lowest during the pandemic too, when I was preparing for a life-changing exam that involved a lot of constant fear and stress. I still end up crying whenever I talk about that period to someone, because for months on end I kept failing myself and not doing the work I had to put in. The result of keeping all that anxiety inside, and putting on a happy-go-lucky face for my mom and sister was that my results were really bad. I ended up getting into college but not the one I had secretly been hoping for. Through my first and second year of college, I let the results of that exam define me and my worth. I denied myself things that I wanted and avoided people I thought were better than me, because I felt unworthy. It was like you said kaycee, my punishment for not living up to my expectations. It’s been two years of trying to undo the negative thought patterns that 2020 left in my psyche. I’ve gotten better at realising when I’m self-sabotaging, but it scares me that I can go days on end without checking in with my feelings. Some things I’ve done that I think have made the most difference are opening up to my sister(finally) about the anxiety I’d hidden from her. The moment is burned into my brain. The first thing she said was ‘it’s okay, i love you and my respect for you hasn’t changed’. Just being witnessed unconditionally as I shared the ugliest parts of myself with someone has been like a lifeline. Also started reading self-help books xD (therapy isn’t an option rn). And yes, I do find that the busier I am with other people’s problems and extracurricular stuff, the easier it becomes to dismiss that niggling self doubt. All the advice you shared is spot on Kayc, I hope it becomes easier with time and eventually turns into a natural mechanism for you. Again, thank you for opening up, and as you can see, your courage has inspired me to open up a lil bit too :))

The scary thing is that we can be surrounded by people and still feel lonely. And as you said Kaycee, it has a lot to do with self image and how you think others view you. When self image improves, you can enjoy your own company and also enjoy opening up to a few people who are close friends in a healthy way.

I really appreciate you taking the time to touch on this topic. Because am always pushing ppl away and I feel like I don't deserve love. Am not independent like you cuz I always had someone now I don't but it's good to know am not alone and there are others struggling as well

These moments of downtime are normal, it's life too, and for creativity moments of downtime are also necessary, moments of downtime let you grow(your cretive soul), moments of downtime heals you. You don't have to blame yourself. These moments of downtime are real life, but when you start blaming yourself, it's poison. Please don't blame yourself, it's normal for creativity, you're an Artist, it heals you! It's just that these moments of downtime are like a tax on life, pay it and move on. For example, I try (not always possible) to make such downtime for 2 hours a day of reading or listening to music, which heals me, and fill with energy ( Soul's creative force). Protect your dance, protect it. Don't regret wasting time on yourself, it's part of life too. Always recharge your energy (Soul's creative force). And avoid things that eat up your energy: fear, anxiety, being perfect, being successful, guilt, the illusion of other people's success. Happiness, Success, Ideal - all unachievable illusions that eat up your energy. You are so wonderful if only you knew, the lightest person.🙏

Can't wait to watch ❤. I'm so sad there are only 2 episodes left 😢. You did amazing talking about these topics, Kaycee.

Kaycee 💞!!! You are pretty darn inspiring, you being resourceful when there is lack in resources in this topic . So many people have anxiety but, no one is talking about it. People don’t think it’s real or serious as it is. It makes you feel alone and like you are not normal. Talking about it helps so much. Please keep doing this . Love u💞

We truly do appreciate how much u have opened up about about yourself , your past , and some of what u want to see for yourself for the future , because that is you , and for u to be able to feel safe to show and embrace what u have been through to help the kids and adults in this generation and younger kids for the next generation is truly powerful and beautiful. There’s hardly no platforms that u see in this generation that has set or showcased a platform to not only open about themselves but to embrace what many people go through and to tell us audience, there is other ways to get through it , there are ways u are able to not only connect with yourself to be on a independent growth journey , but also u have showed us that , the people we surround ourselves with are the people that should love you for you , support you for any art from or decision you make in life but also a groups of people who make u forget u have a phone , who make u forget about what your going through and make u enjoy the moment . We thank you kaycee for being able to even post these videos , for me to have grown up with a big family of boys I couldn’t find a way to communicate and talk , and that effected me making friends / me communicating with family but these videos have made me realise the more I kept in within myself the more it hurt . but truly these videos have healed parts of my past / and thoughts that now I have the mindset I can showcase my true self and the people who genuinely stay when I do show me and embrace me then those are the people I can call friends / and family !! I appreciate how much u have talked on within many different elements and topics these past videos that I know a lot of people have been able to connect to , looking forward to the last episode .Thank you again kaycee , being able to see u have a new follow to yourself this year , and a new mindset of the way u can heal things before u do something you normally have anxiety or are stressed over . And it’s emotional to think how many people do relate and connect to this but it’s beautiful to see how much they can take from these videos !! 🤎🤎

Never forget that humans are social beings and it's important for your mental health to socialize a little bit at least. You can have "me time" as well for sure, but don't just isolate. X

I wanna say to you Kaycee and also to whoever else is reading this: you matter, you have a purpose. God loves you, not once did you ever truly walk alone (even if it may feel like it). Remember that you are watched over, loved and cared for!

I won't tell my whole life story but I went through a phase back in high school where I just needed a break from my friend group. I let one of my closest friends know that I was going to take a step back because I was going through a hard time and he very wisely said "There's a difference between being alone to work on yourself and being alone to tear yourself apart" and that forever stuck with me. We're not friends anymore but he was just a beacon of light in my life at that time.

Thank you for this episode Kaycee! I recognize myself in your words. Like you, I love being alone, but I don't love feeling alone, and this podcast (which isn't really a podcast :) ) showed me even more of how I felt. I agree with you on so many of the topics you covered in this episode! Thank you Kaycee, for sharing these important moments of life with us 💗🙂

❤ eu sou do Brasil, kaycee 🇧🇷

Good stuff kaycee👍🏻 talking about mental things and finding solutions to them is the most important subject in our world. Btw is jadey gonna be on podcast at sumpoint🤔 her consciousness is very multidimensional so she can bring good insights to subjects if she can be unfiltered and fully her self. Eye can definetly see that she can be very authentic with u cuz u are very authentic. People who watch can benefit from authentic peoples interactions. Pretendence drains energy, we shuld kick pretendence out of this dimension for good😁

This may be a long shot, but would you consider going on a date with me? I’m 24 single and from Illinois. and I realize that that’s rather limited information but I guess that’d leave more for us to talk about if we did meet. Like I guess I could say that I’m not a creepy weirdo but that might be what creepy weirdos say. I don’t have a channel for reference or a photo on my account that would legitimize my identity but like I’m a real person, trust me 😁. So I’m thinking like I could buy a plane ticket and fly out there, I think you live in California, and like we could grab coffee or something, like that seems like a good use of time to me. So let me know what you think, thanks for your inspirational art. Sincerely, Your (not so local) RU-vid commenter

Love kaycee it is crazy that it's been 7wks watching kaycee grow up I would have never thought she would have insecurities being so talented. Showed me you dont know what's really going on in people's lives. We just see the great dancing dope videos an interviews. Now we see another side of kaycee's life. She's always going to be one of my favorite people. A beautiful soul inside and out. Always doing things to help others that's why I wish her nothing but the the best. I'm shure covid had different effects on people depending on were you live my state passed state laws to block mandates we never had lockdowns here vaccines and masks have always been an individual's choice nothing changed here so I dont know what it would be like being lockdown in my home. I still went to concerts ball games comedy shows just doing whatever I wanted when ever I wanted I'm sure not being able to do that was really hard on people so I cant put myself in there position hope everyone can find there way back to having a happy an joyful life

So happy to read this has been a freeing journey for you 🫶 I’m sad there are only 2 episodes left but as someone whose coping mechanism has always been isolating myself, I can’t wait to hear your take on this topic.
