Here is the full playlist of this speedrun:

Getting 100% in Just Cause 2 doesn't only require you to finish all the main mission and side missions, but it also requires you to collect 3000 items and destroy more than 3500 objects spread all over a massive 1000km² map. This makes it one of the longest speedruns you can do in a game like this.
This category is based on in-game time so it does not have to be recorded in one go, instead this speedrun was done across 5 days.

goddamn this guy managed to finish run 2 hours faster then mart. Anyways gz, now there are only 3 ppl on the planet who did this

Yeah. Across 5 days. I would be interested in seeing others attempt to complete the game in one sitting. Would be a very interesting competition.

those parts and the water tower at 21:30 are a glitch or something?

Its part of the mod that allaws you to get 100%

That water tower is bugged in the normal unmodded game so it doesn't count towards % completion, and the 6 parts were meant to be a mission reward (into the den) which the devs forgot to add. Without the mod these 7 messups mean its impossible to get 100%. Its less of a mod and more a patch to fix their mistakes and allow 100%, it doesn't change or improve anything else in game so its the same as playing unmodded otherwise. The reason they are in a row on the ground is because they had no original position in the world, they were supposed to be given to the player all in one go. So giving the player them all in one go by running through them is as close to the devs original intent.
