I had weather related migraines, and a neurologist helped me figure out that barometric pressure ups and downs trigger them. I sneeze at the pressure changing, know to take a benedryl and a iboprofen, lay down with a ice pack back of my neck. Never get a migraine anymore, the occasional sinus headache.
Anxiety attacks are the worst. If you haven't had one, you don't know. Hope, if you haven't seen a Dr. about it, that you do. Unfortunately, my Dr. had me on a medication that caused me anxiety, and as soon as I was off of it, the anxiety went away. Wish you well.
Taco thank you for talking about 2:35 I suffer from anxiety too. It’s absolutely no fun. You’re helping others to know they are not alone . Thank you again.
I am 70 and just started to have slight anxiety attacks every so often, not very many but enough to know that if they get any more intense or frequent I am definitely going to contact my doctor. I used to get migraines when I was younger, I sure hope you feel better real soon.
Those coloring books were a great find . You should get a pack of Crayola 64s or colored pencils and start coloring . I am sure somebody will buy some of them .
Toco you are not alone. There are many of us that have anxiety. It’s kind of goes with the territory of living in this day and age. Actually I guess it was just as bad in the covered wagon days worrying about getting attacked by Indians. I think it’s a human condition. I just give it to God and plow through. I’m going to put you on my prayer list and pray for you to have peace.
That is right. That heat will pull you down. Drink plenty of water and take mini breaks when you are outside. I know all to well about those anxiety issues. Take care taco.
Be kind to yourself! It’s good to take time out to get some R&R. The heat, humidity and sun will beat you down. I’ve had a few anxiety issues, so you are not alone. ❤
I know exactly how you feel Taco. I remember the horrible humidity & heat in Indiana & it literally took my energy away plus a pounding headache. I didn't have a place to cool off, so left early & headed back to Colorado. Sometimes, anxiety/panic attacks come from being overwhelmed. I think you're body & mind is trying to get your attention. Take care young man, drink extra water & be good to yourself. 🙏🏻🍉
Feel better, dear! I have migraines, too, but not as bad as when I was younger. A few tricks I’d do to help was put an ice pack to my forehead temple, drink a cup of coffee, sometimes take cold/hot showers, and take four ibuprofen! Hope this helps. ✌🏼❤️
Where is your WATER????? In this heat plus humidity you need to stay hydrated all day. Be sure and take care of yourself! I’m a mom & a grandmother and I know that you are a smart young man and I want to healthy and safe! Please get yourself a small cooler, pack it with ice cubes in a zip lock bag and put drinks in it. Sorry it was a slow day, but with this heat and humidity, nobody wants to go outside. Blessings always! 🙏😊✝️
I managed to miss getting migraines, but friends get them. They suck. The heat and humidity, especially humidity, are triggering my MS but good. I think a lot of us are getting nailed by it. July 4 was even worse even without going outside for five minutes max, so...yup. Hope someone grabs the dresser.
I hope you feel better. I suffer from anxiety and it takes a few days until i feel normal. It sucks and i hope it passes soon. Relax with Salsa dogs always help me.
Hi Taco. Sorry you had an attack. That sucks. Hope you feel better. Not too much today enjoyed the video. Thanks for the ride along. Hugs for Salsa. Take care. Live ya
Taco I have had panic attacks for years. They are scary and horrible. I am on anxiety meds that have helped. But every once in awhile I will wake up in a full blown attack. I have learned to talk myself down from them by slow breaths and trying to talk myself out of the attack. If you continue I suggest you see your doctor because most times without meds they will continue to get worse. Best of luck from this 70 yr old grandma
Awweee! It’s so good you are going inside to rest with sweet Salsa! It will be over 100 all week here too! (Idaho)🥵 I used a mens large handkerchief, got it it wet and wrapped it around my neck when I was out watering my garden! It REALLY helped cool me! Just an idea!
Sorry your having anxiety attacks. I learned from RU-vid recently, that putting a bag of ice on your neck in the back or placing you hand on your heart for 2 minutes can reduce anxiety. I haven't tried it but maybe these might help. Hope you feel better really soon. Don't be afraid to take time off. There's only one Taco Stacks!
Hope you feel better soon, Taco! I was hoping to hit a huge rummage sale tomorrow, 7/6, but it's supposed to get into the 90s for the next 5 days. Can't do it...
Anxiety attacks are so horrid, I found relief through studying Buddhism, a friend found relief in Catholicism. (Both of us from agnostic backgrounds) with the humidity I hear those electrolyte additives that are not sugary help. Keep trying to find what works for you. You are important to so many of us and improve our outlook. Thank you. Peace. For migraine ice on brainstem area helps.
No offense to Mountain Dew but I prefer Coca cola. I drink a can of Mountain dew and two tylenol, when I have a migraine. That caffeine rush with the acetaminophen works in about 15 minutes for me and I can get back up from laying down. When I get a migraine, the room spins. I get a migraine and I am at the kitchen sink and turn to the right to cut up some veggies and the room spins and I almost lose my balance. I have had plenty of prescriptions and none of them worked for me. Actually I have acetaminophen tablets with caffeine in them too.
I understand migraines and also anxiety. I’m sorry! I put Olay lotion on my feet to make my feet feel softer and the next 3 days I had the worst migraine! Sausage (preservative) also gives me almost an instant migraine. Some of us are just sensitive to toxins, allergies or hormone imbalance. I’m saying a prayer for you!!
Two of my children suffer from panic attacks. They recently learned that the sour candy Warheads can stave them off. If taken promptly. There's a lot going on with the space weather, and magnetosphere, still? , again? We are going through some changes there. Nothing to fear, but not knowing, leaves you wondering why you're having panic attacks, anxiety, fatigue, and many other symptoms. I follow space weather, and now can clearly tell when something is up, as my body tells me. I go to their comment sections for support. As this affects most of us in some way or another. The world is upside down, as most can tell. I think it's being righted. It's all cyclical.
You might want to investigate on RU-vid a Dr. Ken Berry on how diet is related to panic attacks. He and several doctors are recommending the carnivore diet.
Thanks for the video! I’m with you on the anxiety attacks in crazy weather times! Check on Google you may also be having symptoms of heat prostration!!! Never being able to escape the oppressive humidity and heat wears the body down. Stay safe, you are important to thousands of people!
I have really bad anxiety, my issues with it is not being able to breathe, I literally had to go to the hospital because it felt like an elephant stomping on my chest, take care of yourself and take care of Salsa❤
Also if you're taking medication for allergies that also can bring on anxiety depending on what kind of medicine you're taking anything with Benadryl or stimulants like that can bring on anxiety
I am sorry you are under the weather. I hope you feel better real soon. It sucks to have a migraine, thankfully I have not had many, but when I do I just want to lay somewhere quiet and dark. Get some rest and stay out of the weather and in the cool of your house.
I hope he doesn't for this. My son did, and 12 years later he's still suffering from the medications subscribed. There's many things that you can do for panic attacks. Doctors only know what to prescribe.
The fan blades probably oxidized. Haha you made me look it up. I was curious what causes it's decomposition. As some of it will for around a thousand years.
I am speaking to you from experience if you handle your personal problems the panic attacks and anxiety will vanish. Do not take drugs unless you want to be a junkie I'm speaking of the prescription kind. Talk it out work it out do what you got to do I wish you the best brother. Brother if you're dealing with depression as well I heard you mention after that you don't have any energy that's what depression does. If you feel like you can barely drag yourself out of bed in the morning that's why.
Been dealing with anxiety on and off since 1985. Sometimes the best idea is to tuck yourself away and give yourself a chance to regroup. Also can't get anything done when it's hot and humid
Found eating high protein meals and light exercise, walking around the block, helps me recover from anxiety attacks. Might be hard to eat, maybe a protein shake(I don't like them) Definitely hamburger for breakfast the day after!
