I don't eat puffs and chips anymore.
The potato pieces were so delicious that I make them several times a week, even while watching TV, we eat them with sauce instead of puffs.
Boil the potato pieces in medium temperature.
Drain them and put them in a pan.
Add some butter and salt and spices according to your taste.
Allow them to become crispy at low temperature
Then enjoy with sauce or even without sauce.
