As Brian Online says the 1975 original is by the Arrows and it was covered in 1981 by Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. This is a studio session musician soundalike cover of Joan Jett's cover as Just Dance couldn't obtain the rights to the Joan Jett version. The session musicians are listed under the pseudonymous band name of Fast Forward Highway.
