I've always loved that percussive thumb slap when it's blended perfectly with fingerpicking, and you do it so well, it lead me down a rabbit hole of guitar how to videos and my playings really improved over the last several months. I've been a little obsessive since coming across young Turner a week or so ago. The first tune that grabbed me was Martha My Dear (well worth checking out), but now my ears are glued to this tune. Where is continuous play when you need it? I've got to buy the Larkin/Turner album anyway. Talent like this has to be supported.
