For the most part! We have a good customer base to at are on the bi annual memberships, but during this time of year, Wild West. But I’ll offer it on service calls at discounted rate, so we can come back and wash coils etc. but usually the service callers aren’t wanting to be members 🤷♂️
I’m hopefully getting to start in service at a new company I’ve been doing installs for about 4 years now any advice of someone that’s new to service side I believe I’m gonna be doing pms at first maybe some simple no cool calls
Right on 💪 you should really have a leg up on the rest, with doing installs and understanding the start up procedure and seeing the system at its peak! Just find yourself a really good operating procedure and stick to it!! Follow the sequence of operations and don’t be afraid of going with your gut instincts!!
@@KoolinwithKrauss I don’t know what was up with today but it was a 7 calls - 6 of them R22 systems ! Went behind another company that added 4 lbs of mo99 to a trane SL20i r22 system ! Ruined both txvs and who knows what else smh
Why not sell them a new Disconnect box. that one looks like it was missing some inside cover part (I don't think you should be able to see the wires when you open the cover
Good old Florida I swear probably 70% of the disconnects I see are jacked up or broken ! To the comment below me it’s not about what should be it’s about what the customer wants and will pay for ! People want it to work they usually won’t care about an inside pointless cover
