I guess condensed milk is sweetened, right? Over here you can get two types: with and w/out sweetener.

Вместо автора усовершенствую рецепт, поскольку автор не сделал акцент на моменте безпровального желирования. У меня первый опыт тоже был неудачный. Итак, желатин замочить в воде комнатной температуры 30-40 мин, можно до часа. Затем сделать его жидким на водяной бане, не доводя до кипения. Процедить через марлю и добавить в основную массу. У меня смесь зажелировалась через 1,5 часа в холодильнике, а за ночь и вовсе стала идеальной.

Gelatin is diluted in water, we recommend diluting according to the instructions on the package. Everything will work out )))

This recipe is a big time fail! First gelatin was supposed to be mix with hot water which is not shown in video so it didn’t work for me… it went in trash!!

1.35 - 1.44 minutes the video you can see how to dilute the gelatin with water. Dilute the gelatin with cold water and let stand for a while, or with hot water, as we did, and stir thoroughly. If lumps remain, put it on steam. Do not boil the gelatin. There are always manufacturer's instructions on the gelatin package. We're sorry to hear that it didn't work for you. Try again and you will succeed!

why didn't my mixture thicken? why didn't I succeed? the dessert mixture stood in the mold all night in the refrigerator. the question is, what percentage of fat content is milk? what is the percentage of fat content of yogurt, I used yogurt without sugar? condensed milk with sugar? do I need to beat with a mixer? do I need to heat up ?absolutely nothing has thickened? what was the mistake ? by the time how much to mix ?how long to infuse gelatin to what density ?what was my mistake? почему у меня смесь не загустела? почему у меня не получилось? смесь десертная стояла в форме всю ночь в холодильнике. вопрос, какой процент жирности молоко? какой процент жирности йогурта, я использовала йогурт без сахара? сгущенное молоко с сахаром? нужно ли взбивать миксером? нужно ли подогревать ?совершенно ничего не загустело? в чем была ошибка ? по времени сколько перемешивать ?сколько времени настаивать желатин до какой густоты ?в чем была моя ошибка?

Our method of diluting gelatin: Pour hot water (176°F/80°C) over the gelatin. Gelatin must not be boiled! Stir thoroughly and let stand for 5 minutes. If lumps remain, put it in the microwave for 15 seconds or in a steam bath, stir again. The mixture should be lump-free, you can see it in the video - 1.43. It is important to note that the dosage of gelatin may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

This recipe is clearly wrong, they mix up milliliters and grams. Something is wrong with the gelatin. My attempt to follow this left a liquid slurry that never formed up. The title is false as well. Be aware you will waste money on this.

Making this milk jelly with mandarins takes more than 5 minutes, but the video is designed to show you the steps in a concise and engaging manner. Have you tried making the recipe yourself?
