An absolutely amazing display of a truly great dog in action. I see you the “Yes” method of training/communicating with Monkey. I wish more people were aware of it.
Not all dogs are motivated by food some love toys some love a pat on the tummy. Just like humans we all love different things as a treat. I'm sure this dog is getting the best of the best food got dinner but that takes alot trust with dog and owner He wouldn't do it if he didn't love his owner some dogs actually find the feeling of happiness you give off a reward they made you so happy they can sense it.
There better be a whole thanksgiving dinner waiting for him after all that! LOL also you could never hide any snacks from that dog. He’d be up in the middle of the night looking for snacks in the cabinets or in the fridge....cooking with the stove 🤣😂
This is the dog version of that naked guy who easily beat the course, but the difference is that Monkey is a good boy! Amazing work of you both, dog and trainer!
I totally agree, I want a Mal when I'm older, and I understand the amount of work that would go into said dog. They truly are an amazing breed, and beautiful dogs
Monkey seems to be tired and less energetic in this video. Is it because of the temperature outside or he is tired. He doesn’t need to prove anything to anybody. He is the best!! Please let him take a big nap 😊
German shepherds and Belgian Malinois are amazing animals. They learn quickly and like to be challenged; otherwise they get very bored. This is why they make great K-9s!
Malinois are like this; the more they learn, the happier they are. Most behavioural problems in any breeds are caused by lack of both mental and physical stimulation.
Seems that the whole breed are like amazing I have one he picks up things so quickly but they need a lot of attention I spend most of day with him please if you don't have the time don't get one
Can the dog apply these skills to untrained situations? Or are they very specific reactions to a specific obstacle? Either way it is pretty amazing and enjoyable to watch, thank you for posting it.
I think my adorable but lazy bichon-shih tzu mix (he won’t release his ball to play fetch) needs to watch this! Incredible job by both dog and trainer.
Beautiful, incredible, highly intelligent animal coupled with an extremely talented trainer/handler: end result is a very insightful pairing that is a joy- an absolute, unfettered joy - to watch work.
When I was in highschool I got an old dog from the pound (he was like 11 and had been in the pound for almost a year without being even considered for adoption so he was on the block to be put to sleep" I spent summer training him to sit happily at my feet when I told him to "fuck off" and to run away when I said "over here" just because I thought it was funny" he lived to be 15
Great job, that is an awesome dog! However, I clicked on this thinking I was gonna see a monkey riding a dog as the dog does Parkour. My fault for just quickly reading a title. :( . That would be AWSOME. You need to gat a Monkey, name him "Dog". Make a new video of " Dog the monkey, riding on Monkey the dog as Monkey does parkour". Now, that I would pay to watch ! :)
