Been a year of significant development for Manchester and next year won't be any different. It'll be good to keep up with the developments at Trinity way aswell as the other numerous skyscrapers currently under construction. Also, Viadux 2 is due to undergo foundation works in 2024. 76 storey building, set to be Manchester's tallest.

Happy Christmas! Trinity Island moving. St. Michael's moving. MCFC expansion moving. Chanel's "Tunnel" Thomas Street moving? Viadux Phase1 moving. Viadux Phase2 not moving? Foundation work done but the planned 15 storey office building, halted. Plans seemed to be for it to be replaced by a huge 60 storey residential tower. Office buildings less important than residences according to Salboy. Two weeks ago they gave their official statement. Whatever Renaker plan for Crown Street, a.k.a. Plot 5, they will add 5 storeys. Therefore they will have a behemoth of 76 storeys and a smaller 23 storey tower of affordable homes next to Viadux Phase1 and the Beetham Tower. Possibly also some retail units facing Albion Street. Much obliged.
