1 cup oatmeal.
100 ml water.
3 apples.
50ml water.
Vanillin.
50 g cranberries.
40g walnuts.
1/2 cup oatmeal.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
80g nuts.
1 tablespoon cocoa.
10 g vanilla sugar.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
1 banana.
100 ml water.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Recipe 3
2 cups oatmeal.
2 apples.
3 eggs.
1 teaspoon sweetener.
Vanillin.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
80 g cranberries.
Orange peel.
Avocado oil.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Let the cake cool completely.
Recipe 4
1 cup nuts.
2 bananas.
1 teaspoon ginger.
1 cup oatmeal.
Cinnamon.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
