Hello Everyone, Hope you all are doing great. It’s been a while since I haven’t shared a recipe here, hence decided to start a whole new series of new recipes called FIT-A-LICIOUS MEALS. This is the first Episode in the series.
Sharing today is my recent favourite Breakfast or Snack bars recipe called Phool Makhana bars. They are Made with four simple yet wholesome and healthy ingredients like Phool Makhana, seeds, dates and nut butter. These nutritious sugar free Phool Makhana bars are quite filling and satisfying to keep you full for long. These ready to eat or on the go bars are perfect for those days when you have a busy morning and have no time to cook and enjoy a full meal. Hope you enjoy making and eating them as much as I did.
