You will definitely like this recipe. Tender meat in the oven. This is the best lunch for the whole family. A simple ingredient makes the meat tender and soft.

Ingredients:
2 kg (4.4 lb) pork neck.
500 ml of milk.
Marinate for 20 minutes.
2 onions.
Salt.
Oil.
5 potatoes.
Salt.
200 g mozzarella cheese.
150 g mayonnaise.
100 g (0.2 lb) Greek yogurt.
50 g of French mustard.
Black pepper.
Put the sauce on top.
First cover in parchment.
Then cover with foil.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 45 minutes.
200 g of cabbage.
Parsley.
Discover.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for another 10 minutes.
Green onion.
