Ingredients:
eggs: 6 pc
onion: 60 g (2.1 oz)
vegetable oil: 2 tbsps
garlic: 2 cloves
red bell pepper: 50 g (1.8 oz)
chilli pepper: 2 pc
tomatoes: 80 g (2.8 oz)
salt: 1 tsps
sweet paprika: 0.5 tsps
thyme: 0.5 tsps
cumin: 0.5 tsps

If you’re trying to aim for that fluffy texture, would just whisk the eggs with some water and milk. No liquid on the plate afterwards. Likely save cleaning the extra pot/pan

I'm sorry, is this a joke or a parody video? This looked incredibly unappetising. Like others have said, adding the eggs to the veg mix directly would have yielded a more appetising result, most likely. All that watery stuff at 5:13 was not convincing at all.
