In this Slay the Spire gameplay, Baalorlord does an Ascension 20 run with Ironclad. First, he gives tips on choosing a path and a starting bonus. I use a few mods for Slay the Spire. All of them are Quality-of-Life improvements and do not have any effect on the gameplay. Here are all of the mods I have active:
Slay the Relics Exporter, used for the live stream: steamcommunity...
Relic Stats, to keep track of how many times the relic effects happened: steamcommunity...
UI Sliders, to reposition the Discard and Exhaust piles, so that they are not hidden behind the camera: steamcommunity...
Run History Plus, giving us more info in the Run Summary screen about the run: steamcommunity...
Map Marks, for path highlighting - here, typically, Green means an easy, intended path, and Orange or Red means a harder path that I might take if I get good rewards: github.com/cas...

I finally won ironclad a20 + heart today. Funnest run ever. I had 3 inflames, 3 limit breaks 1 red skull, and 1 du-vu doll I got from calling bell, while having three curses in the deck. I also took black star after act 2, and fought 5 elites using wingboots, ultimately ending up with 32 relics, with the last relic going off the screen. I still almost died to heart though, my deck didn't have any block. But I still survived by combination of fossilized helix, fairy in a bottle, and 1 impervious I picked up in the last shop. 🤣

I agree, always wondering what streak number you are at. I think it adds that excitement when you are getting further and we watch you win a run.

Ngl all these ironclad runs helped me learn ironclad. I’m fairly new to the game (under 100 hrs) and I’m already on ascension 12 with ironclad lol I’m just mimicking you and your builds/deck building logic and decisions

Homm 5 is such a good game, I lost 2 friends. >Play Dungeon >Take Lethos (used this as my online name for years) >Power level him and split my assassins into as many stacks as possible. (While still having many units) >Start combat with friend >Friend looses up to 3 weeks in units in round 0 >My assassins put a second poison stack on the enemy >Win

We might have gotten some update if the idiot unity didn't come up with that horrendous monetization policy and the StS devs are now spending time & resources to migrate to godot engine

@@sivasankar2784To be fair, tbe policy has been amended and it was mainly implemented to get all those garbage ad-ridden cheap mobile running games off the market (nearly all of them run on Unity, all of them are free, and most users don't buy anything, meaning the new Unity policy forces the bulk of them into a net loss) I'm sure you've seen those slop tier games where a stock asset runs through one of two gates that say +5 or whatever and have an ad after every run. They've been polluting the market and putting a stain on Unity as a brand, drastic measures had to be taken

Had a ironclad run yesterday, with dark embrace, corruption, dead branch, feel no paid and 3 fiend fires nothing stood a chance lol

How does hemo work with rupture? It deals the self damage first, so do you gain +1 damage on it? Edit: no, the strength does add but doesnt buff the damage of the hemo

In the last month I've won my first A20H defect, watcher and ironclad runs. Before balaarlord i was an incompetent and unreliable spire slayer. Now Im still incompetent and unreliable but i can sometimes beat A20H
