I mean, technically MC is 2 years old at most, because they're an artificial body and seem pretty young. So anything you'd expect a toddler to think or do, is likely what MC would.
It's more like that MC's memory got wiped for taking on the Stellaron. Like how Ruan Mei gave memory erasing dessert. Blade said we were with Kafka for the longest, implying we were by her side longer than him. There is no telling how long MC has been around for. Fun thing to note, MC said she found Ruan Mei to be familiar to her even tho she has never met her. Chance that she's responsible for the memory erasure or Stelle knew her from before and it ain't the first time eating her treats. Possible she grew Stelle's body on a commission.
