I would say it's more of a Pakistani Song since the lyrics are in Urdu(Hindi structure with Turkish/persian noun, pronoun & adjective) & Urdu is Official Language of Pakistan but it was developed in India because Islamic Rulers didn't wanted their citizens to use Sanskrit orientated language & also using Turkish/Persian words remind them of their ancestral home. Later this mixed version of Hindi got popularised through mass media by many of our Muslim brothers & Indians unknowingly switched their language due to the influence of mass media. So yeah.. Indians use Urdu thinking they are using Hindi 😆😝.. what kind of unawareness they have 😅✌️
