I don't think the plaintiff is being vague. She VERY CLEARLY said that you could use HER DESIGN for the matching shirts FOR YOUR BRIDAL PARTY. She never once said "You can use MY DESIGN and go out and make your OWN shirts, WITHOUT crediting me as the original designer or sending this lady to ME, so I can give her a quote for designing a t-shirt for her wedding, or even giving her any portion of your profits and making gobs of money and success based on HER DESIGN. I am a jewelry designer and I use pendants that other people have made and when I am asked about my jewelry, I always give credit for the pendants to my friend who made them.
I was looking for the "Tit for Tat" episode aired 2/28/24, but couldn't find it, but I can express it here just as well as any other place that, I wish Cristina would stick to the facts as she expects the litigants to because she sometimes gets away from the reason why they're there. And OMG, if she would only tone it down a bit by giving people a chance to speak by not overtalking them & asking questions she expects an answer to, but continuously keeps talking before giving them a chance to answer. She can be pretty judgmental in areas that has absolutely nothing to do with the case. I've been watching this show a long time & she makes mistakes too like anyone else. I love Cristina, for the most part, but she can be annoying sometimes.
