I remember we were homeless in the early 2000's & living in a shelter. We were there 2 wks (longest 2 wks ever) & i suddenly got called to the office that they had found us an apt. I was so excited. I packed up my kids & we raced down to the rent office signed the lease & got my keys 🔑 i cried like a baby. That night we bought Bones on bootleg, got us some popcorn 🍿 ,hot dogs & candy. And we camped out on the floor of our new place😊didn't have a lick of furniture but we had a home🏡 .......and each other❤❤

Bones is the first movie you agree with the killer for his actions I love this movie it’s such classic black film highly underrated. I love all the characters in here and the 1970 theme all the way till the current moment. I love how you cover this one of my favorite horror movies funny as well and great cast and by the way snoop did his thing with that hair that was laid and ofc Pam here fine self and Bianca Lawson was everything and ofc Patrick from juice I don’t know his real name but he been fine umkayyy they did their thang in this movie 🖤👑

Damn! I had this movie's DVD in my hands when I was a young man in my hometown. No older than 14, I'm sure! It picked my interest because of Snoop Dogg, but I was too afraid of horror then. Now that I love horror, I went after the movie and it's almost impossible to find (other than a really bad quality upload here on this site, minus the intro!) This movie is amazing, and I wish I had bought it back then! Best wishes from Brazil! 💜

The part when Pearl wants to see Jimmy's hands as she is a psychic makes the scene when Jimmy is betrayed and brutally murder one of the most heartbreaking and saddest scenes in the whole entire movie. What makes it that is that Pearl warned Jimmy about the meeting that will lead to his death but Jimmy reassures and promises her he will come back just fine but unfortunately when Pearl went over to the meeting to tell Jimmy that she was pregnant with Cynthia she witnessed Jimmy's death and that was the last time she saw Jimmy in that horrifying moment.😔🥺😭

Sean Amsing did a phenomenal and spectacular job 😍😎💯👍 as he displayed the elements of true agony, pain, and despair as Maurice is being mauled to death by the black dog which is the spiritual manifestation of Jimmy's tourted spirit due to him taking Jimmy's ring of his corpse which is absolutely and positivity disrespectful on so many levels 😡😡😡😡 as Jimmy was buried in his tombstone as he did not have a peaceful death since he was betrayed and brutally murder.🥺😔😭

Snoop did a interview on some show…I can’t remember. But he talked about when he first met Pam Grier who was playing his woman on this movie….he said he excused himself to the men’s room real calm….got there and slid down the wall….just in awe being in the presence of her. He said he grew up watching her movies, and remembered those TA-TAS spilling out of her bra…he held his head down and just shook his head…..it was dream come true……he said…me….and Ms. Pam Grier

Loved this classic. Gotta be honest Snoop actually killed this role and him playing the Love Interest to Pam Grier has to be a lifelong dream especially he always put on the "Pimp" Image and Persona like he Dolomite or Goldie from the Mack or something 😅. Clifton Powell played in alot of movies he doesn't get enough credit fr, lastly, of course Bianca Lawson doesn't age her or Queen 👑 Pam Grier. Rest in Peace Ricky Harris 🙏🕊️ he was hilarious in everything he played in as well. So this is one of my favorite horror movies when I was a kid and my theory about the bed scene with Cynthia was that it wasn't Bones Spirit that got in bed with her I think because her mother said that she also had the gift of sight her being in that house made her spiritually tap-in to all the spirits behind the veil almost like she was a beacon for all the spirits that were attached to the house as well as Jimmy bones. Like how when Bill was laying in the bed the spirits all showed up reaching out the walls.

From what I heard, Patrick, because of what happened at Bones’s house, went into witness protection, relocated to NYC, changed his name to Raheem, and started hanging out with a couple dudes….Q, Bishop, and Steel

The scene when Pearl looks at a old picture of her and Jimmy in happier times as it was in the 70's as she is remembering the last time she saw Jimmy alive as she warned him about the meeting that will lead to his death as she wanted to see his hands as she is a psychic and Jimmy reassures and promises her that he will come back just fine as he kisses her is absolutely and positivity so relatable on so many levels as you truly and dearly missed the person you genuinely and sincerely loved and cared for as you wish they was still with you right now.🥺😔😭

Funny thought: Being the fact that this film is called “Bones” it would’ve been cool if the group Bone thugs in Harmony would’ve did a song for the movie lol but nevertheless this film is a true underrated horror film. The beautiful & ageless Bianca Lawson, the LEGENDARY Pam Grier & uncle Snoop? Come on now, can’t get no better than this
