I fully agree with Mr. Singhvi. He just told what i too think. The law was considered as an ass, and today the Honourable Judges have definitely made it so. They say a lot against the way the law is being misused whereas while delivering the judgment, they just do the opposite that's in line with the government's views.

Secondly Mr. Singhvi is a stunning lawyer with an unprecedented ability to think on his feet. It is indeed regrettable to note that simple cases as "bail" are being given the status of "Jet Science" and are prolonged so much. The big question is "If the Chief Minister of Delhi can not get justice, who can and who will get justice?" It is also difficult to believe that conditions of arrest are being thought-over and discussed "today" !

Mr Singhvi - you , Sibal, Bushan are very effective people in your submission and arguments . We don't know why CJI and his delegated benches suffer from fear psychosis . One can only expect postponement of hearings ,delaying justice from present CJI. Present CJI has to be tutored regarding Bail and Jail terms. He is confused . One would wonder whether he has argued any case and won . Merely putting forth questions alone is not his job. He needs to be upholding justice too. Our CJI plays a important role in only delegating cases , like master of roster . Is CJI power been reduced to only allotment of cases . Justice wound never prevail under current CJI who is biased . Whether he is mindful or drama by him one may wonder . There is complete discordance in what he preaches and executes . Very unfortunate . He is not different . Infact ,worse among other CJI. I regret to be critical because of his hypocritical and duplicity ways. Only theatrics each day with no resolutions. I am not sure whether any common man would have any respect for a judiciary like this order .

@@taileshpatel2820Sir, the problem with the case against kejri is that in this case, there is no paper trail (bank statements or business records) to establish the origin of the money. There's no record establishing the movement of money either. The Angadiya / cash couriers alleged to have been used to transfer the cash to AAP don't have even a toll booth slip to prove that they had transported the 45 crore Rupees.

Mr. Kadju was served contempt of court for saying that justice was not done in a Rape and murder case. We now see senior advocates blaming the Courts on so many occasions. Whether Sibbal or Singhvi, all comment against Courts. We do not require advocates to deliver justice, we require good judges, who study the case on their own and deliver verdict. There is a very strange tendency of everybody starts bothering about rights of person accused once he is arrested and we totally forgot about the victims, their plight, their situations, the efforts of agencies in bringing the culprits behind the bar, the non cooperation faced by them from courts (under the garb of fundamental rights) and accused to investigate the matter. The law should be to protect the victim primarily..the powerful people in this country still do not obey law and rule over downtrodden. And such "Singvis" protect them with charging lakhs from the powerful.

Shingavi is a court fixer. He tried to pressure the judiciary. Additionally, judges are coming from the same families, similar to the Congress party, and Shingavi's father, Laxmi Mall Singhvi, was also a sycophant of the Gandhi family. Both Kapil and Shingavi are court fixers, and they are aware of judges' weaknesses, which they exploit to obtain favorable judgments. How can the Supreme Court grant interim bail solely for election campaigning to one person (Kejriwal) while denying bail to Hemant Soren? Judges' children are receiving scholarships in foreign countries (especially the USA and UK). These scholarships are indirect bribes to judges. The deep state is aware that these individuals will also become judges due to the collegium system. Similarly, most of the higher judiciary judges completed their law degrees abroad. First time atleast some of powerful and corrupt people are made to pay prices for their bad deeds. The normal people are seeing it for the first time in this country, that corrupt politicians, industrialists, businessman are given taste of their wrongdoings. They took advantage of corruption in public life and defence Advocates and loop holes in law to remain scot free. The senior Advocates have had their way for a very long time due to inactivity of prosecution and their masters. Hopefully this continues and there is some fear in the minds of political leaders to not do illegal things like Kejriwal, Manish sisodia, lalu etc
