As the guilty verdict was read, former politician Robert Telles shook his head gently from side to side as if he was in disbelief as he listened to each juror say guilty when polled by the court.
@@rondaallen7211 A good father would never go to someone's property with knife in hand and leave his wife and family for prison where he cannot look after his wife and family. A person who thinks it's perfectly all right to get involved in crime is not capable of teaching kids right from wrong.
Ma’am, he is not a good husband. He is also not a good father. He is a soulless skin bag. He was cheating on you, being a tyrant at work, and icing on the cake, is that he is a murderer.
you know that is not what women care about. hell women date men in prison. what they care about in the majority is social hierarchy. high social status gives wealth, attention and protection. that is why only about 1 to 10 percent of men get any attention on apps. if your perceived social value is too low then no women will take you.
I know, right? In a recent trial sean finnigan was found guilty of torture, murder, and 10 other things. After the jury said death sentence and went to leave the court room he looked at them walking out and was shaking his head in disbelief. Unbelievable huh? He brought her home and within 10 hrs she had been hit with a baseball bat seriously injured but was alive for 4 more days while they tortured her... look it up if you haven't heard of it. But I can't believe it when they act that way... What did you expect Sean? Play stupid life changing games, win life changing charges.
Can you elaborate on why was it because he actually wanted state workers or city or county workers to actually do their job just from what I’ve seen most state and local employees are some of the laziest people I’ve ever met many of them get unlimited sick days, they can possibly get out of it and do the least work possible
how could she say that he was a good husband when he 😢was choking her she called the cops on him for domestic violence yeah great husband great father she is delusional as well sick and disturbing
I did wonder why prosecutors didn’t call her. She can clear up the unanswered where are you text (he said he’s already in front of the house , no point in answering) and his cut his finger because he cooked for family theory. And given their DV history, I’d hope his wife tell the truth and impartial Boy was I wrong. Now I wonder no more.
She hoping he's not giving to much time, because she want the kids to spend time with him he killed a person that's not coming back to his family. GTFOH
Best comment. German did nothing. Telles did it and could've easily come back after that political loss by straightening out his life. I have to laugh at the DA saying we will not tolerate censorship. Look at your own White House pal.
Yes! I agree Telles did this to himself! He could have taken the L on this one: admit his wrong doing and accept the consequences. Instead, he continued to lie, sheds tears, shaking his head like HE was wronged! SMH
@@xxskizzumxx depends-- it's possibility of parole and he can always screw that up and victims / family have some say in matter and who knows if he survives 20years in jail. He doesn't look like he could survive without his nursing bottle and baby blankets.
"Robert really is a great father and a good husband? " Lady, are you at all cognizant of the fact that he cold bloodily stalked and murdered a man? Who had family members who loved him, too?
Mr. Telles' tears were solely for himself and the personal consequences of being caught. A complete sociopath who needs to be removed from the public. Life without parole for the heinous nature of the crime and the active coverup---aka, cognizance of guilt.
Lived in Vegas when this happened and followed it intensely. Glad this sneaky, psychotic monster was found guilty. That brilliant reporter named Jeff did a magnificent job catching this awful man who was a terror to work for in many undercover moments that showed who he truly was.
Narcissism can run deep. I wish the judge here would have said to the ex-wife, "you said one day you want your kids to be reunited with their dad but the victim will never get such an opportunity with his loved ones."
He took a life, he needs to at least go away for life. The killer's wife wish to have her children not miss their father is just an insult for the family of the victim that lost their loved one.
Prosecutor was too soft during penalty phase. He should have focused on the brutality of the crime and why this man should NEVER be released. His family got up there and talked about how wonderful he is and how they want him around their kids!
Yeah, well if he didn't personally know the victim, he would have given the guy a plea deal like they do for the rest of us everyday schmucks who are victimized
None of the BS matters: great dad, nice guy, etc. He murdered someone. That one act erases any that went before. "He may have murdered someone, but he was a great dad, a nice guy, a good politician, etc. Such crap. Prison, no parole.
Hahahaha! Telles is a terrible father who thinks it's O.K. to end someone's life and just lie to cover it up. He lived as though there's no such thing as right and wrong.
I'm having trouble believing he could be all 3 of them. Once he proved to be a murderer, I refused to consider him a good husband and father through process of elimination.
I can’t understand his wife wanting anything else to do with him, can’t comprehend her still wanting their kids near him. He’s a convicted murderer. Not even heat of passion murder, it was planned out. And he’s still not taking any responsibility for it, not that it would make much difference. It’s grotesque any woman who knows her husband is a murderer would request a lighter sentence for him so he could see their kids again. Also can’t understand what more the jury needed to HEAR in order to give life without parole. Shame on the jury. Lastly, his family were sure understated. Not much in the way of family impact statements.
He didn't like the stories Jeff German wrote. The stories said Telles was doing nasty things to people at the workplace, he was cheating on his wife, etc. Politicians will see their political days be wasted for so many years when dirt like that gets dug up on them.
Not really for big stuff, and every lawyer will tell you not to do it. But this guy was delusional just about everything so why not be so about his talent as a lawyer too.
This killer [was] an attorney, he could have sued mr. German & The Review Journal, if he was that hacked-off, not commit cold-blooded murder! NO sympathy whatsoever for Telles. Rest well, Mr. German. You won't be forgotten.
This is the camera and technology age. German was afraid of getting sued, so I think he made sure to record what Telles was doing and print that Telles's coworkers said he had created a spiteful work place. Suing German might mean Telles would be counter sued.
