@@ttttttttttttttttist she defended her position very well. Check it. Don't talk rubbish. The sentencing guideline is not law, but policy for federal judges and SHE sentences like 80 of federal judges do so she was not unique when it came to "lenient" sentencing.

It says more about her lack of character than her level of education. This is a problem with politics in general. These politicians will say whatever they have to to be elected to power regardless of how they feel personally.
