Batfleck soloed 24 mercenaries which by their tactics were Black Ops trained, exhausted by right after fighting superman. Batfleck also had feats of being scaled far above Deadshot and Harley Quinn who can solo a whole group of SWAT team an as well as a group of the military. Plus Titans batman feat was a dream, wasn't even real. So that scaling is already questionable. Plus, Batfleck already scales to CW supersoldiers on stats.

Plus he kept up in combat with his 52 year old deathstroke who beat him 5 years prior. Plus dick has more stamina feats he can push himself longer then batman can who is past his prime.
