On the recent constitutional amendments it is quite clear that in our view this system, as changed, cannot work. Very widely all the stackholders interest in this matter are in great conflict with each other. It will thus lead to a continued disaster relations between the judiciary and Executive at different times. Therefore, though certaiin amendments may be desirable but all this must have been given a proper consultation time period with all the relevant bodies and to have a proper debate in the Parliament etc. Why all this was carried out before 25th October 24, every body knows. The main reason was to stop Justice MANSOOR ALI SHAH to become the CJ as he might have opened the results of the last election on PTI petition. Obviously, this could have toppled the present govt. But this can still happen on a petition. Anyway, the conclusion is simple. Both the Executive and Judiciary must be totally independent as normal. It is much more important now than ever that all our Judges, especially the SC ones, that they should be strong and brave enough to stand where their orders are not complied with. By showing any leniency they weaken their own position and so the guilty party takes the full advantage. A clear present example is the reserved seats judgement where the EC has not followed their orders. This case should now be reconsidered by the SC and on the basis of the contempt, an Art.6 should be considered. WE EXPECT, AS IT SHOULD BE, THAT ALL THE COURTS' JUDGEMENTS ARE GIVEN ON THE MERITS OF A CASE, HAVING REGARD TO THE CONSTITUTION, THE PREVAILING LAWS, EVIDENCE AND ANY OTHER APPROPRIATE MATTERS OF THE CASE. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES NO JUDGEMENT MUST BE GIVEN AND SEEN AS A RESULT OF ANY EXTERNAL PRESSURE OR ANY INFLUENCE OR THREAT APPLIED TO IN ANY SUCH CASE. SUCH A JUDGEMENT IS ITSELF A CRIME AS IT IS NOT A JUDGEMENT BUT A FAVOUR. THIS KIND OF COMMON THINKING MUST NOW BE STOPPED. ALSO, SOME THINK THAT THERE IS A DIVISION AMONG THE JUDGES WHO FOLLOW AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER TO FAVOUR A PARTY. THIS IMPRESSION MUST NOW BE STOPPED BY ALL THOSE WHO ACCUSE JUDGES AFTER THEIR JUDGEMENT HAS BEEN GIVEN. THE IMPORTANCE OF A SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT SHOULD BE OVER AND ABOVE ANY DOUBTS OF ANY KIND. IT IS OUR OWN MENTALITY THAT IF IT IS NOT IN OUR FAVOUR THEN IT IS NOT A GOOD JUDGEMENT. THIS SHOWS OUR OWN DISRESPECT T6O OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM AND UNDERMINES ITS CREDIBILITY AND AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN A SOCIETY.

It should demand that present Govt. should resign. It should not be led by Ali Amin so that Governor Raj cannot be imposed. It should have heavy machinery, food trucks, tents, plastic portable washrooms, doctors and gas masks and googles. This protest will move to Islamabad for sit down. It will be joined by people from the Punjab. PTI must announce that free lawyers will be provided for those arrested.

How to bring a peoples street revolution : In every country there are men who are outside normal society who are all alone in the world. They either grew up in orphanages or in Khwajah sara houses, ran away from home to become criminals or are drug users and have been abandoned by their families. Such men do not have a responsibility of young children or old parents. These people are likely to be influenced to join a political struggle to give a purpose to their life. If they are killed during street protests their non existent family cannot be affected. These men are different from most Pakistani men that will suffer injustices but will not protest for fear of being jailed or killed or family safety. Note that men in jail were given freedom in Gulf States if they would go and fight in the Syrian war. The KP govt. should look for such isolated men. If a few thousand above men can be found then the peoples revolution can succeed in Pakistan by having large street protests with these special men in the front of the crowd.
