There will never be another like him. No one to take his place. He is a once in a lifetime gift. Our country is in very deep trouble and it wouldn't be if we had more people like him. I truly miss him.

Only 7 comments and 180k views in 10 years??? I'm from Indonesia, much respect for arguably the greatest justice of the United state supreme court of all time.

Why does the video keep jumping around during the abortion part? Seems something's missing doesn't it?

*_We also have 9 children, although their all young, the eldest has been in training to become a Carmelite sister in Dublin Ireland. Funny enough, she is living just 15 minutes on the tram from my folks & siblings in Finglas, Dublin. I've been living in Oklahoma since 08 when I got out of the army. I came to America in the 90s to save & buy some land to raise horses on._*

Thanks CBS, for doctoring the tape at 4:49 to 4:53, not too obvious

This man had a battle going on inside him. He had to uphold maritime/admiral law to keep this country afloat but warred with his conscience because he knew that by upholding maritime law we are made slaves. He practically begged us to bridge over into common law when addressing the courts. This can be found in the book he wrote with Bryan A. Garner.

No you just don’t understand or disagree. Read the federalist papers.
