Judge Mablean Ephriam, who presided over "Divorce Court" from 1999-2006 as the first star of the revived version of the show, returns to the courtroom genre with his half-hour series that deals with life and the law. The former Los Angeles-based prosecutor takes on the typical cases that are found on TV court shows. The arbitrator says that her show "will be life because everything we do, it involves the law."

The fact she refuses to even say “I understand where you’re coming from I’m sorry on my behalf” shows her true character and he dodged a huge bullet. Especially because her EX was taking them?? Girl prop the camera up 🙄 And the second defendant had no come back for that last comment and I love that for the plaintiff 😭💀

The second case, ex wife was waiting to fire her. She was envious of her it was so clear. The ex husband told her that to get under her skin and it worked 😊

These artist folks, they think they can just get away with anything. People who call themselves artists think the rules of reality don't apply to them, it's total arrogance if you ask me.

The camera case.. I think the judge wasn’t fair. The defendant was supposed to pay for the damaged camera. The defendant was dating her( the witness) and willing gave her the keys to his house and the witness invited the camera man to the defendant’s house. Which means that the camera man was invited period🙌

the problem is they were broken up and she doesn't have the right to go into his house without his permission.
@bradmoore330

It was completely ridiculous. She wasn't trespassing and she certainly didn't damage the man's camera. This was one of the more insane decisions you'll see for sure.
@1talldaddy
@1talldaddy 6 месяцев назад
@@bradmoore330 actually she was trespassing, and it was her fault because her if she wouldn't have been in his house without his permission in the first place the camera wouldn't have been broken.

No. The problem is, the witness (the girlfriend) failed to get the defendant's permission to use his house as a photoshoot studio and for her ex boyfriend to be there. Plus, she complicated the situation further by telling the photographer not to delete the pictures after the homeowner told him to delete them but after the homeowner tried to take the camera to delete them himself they were fighting over it, causing it to be destroyed. That whole situation wouldn't have arisen had she and her ex not been at HIS house without HIS permission. So I agree with the judge making the witness pay for the destroyed camera, and with her contending she could've gotten either man killed.

@@1talldaddyShe kind of did have permission though. The defendant admitted that he gave HER the key to his place. Why would you give someone a key to your house if you're not giving them YOUR permission to be there? My thing is, the plaintiff/photographer is the one who didn't have permission to be there but that wasn't his fault. It's her fault for not telling the homeowner what's going on.

This case i disagree. Waaayy to up tight but yea... if he wasnt her EX it would have been good. How or why does your girlfriend need consent. He is a prude. Maybe he really batts for the other team...he was outraged and wanted to delete the pics. JM didnt listen the same way he BF didnt want listen. He just reacts and all in his feelings. Some men would love for their GF to do a shoot for them. He is a prude and didnt hear anything she had to say

because she doesn't live there, you can't just go into someone else house without there permission.

I understand how the defendant feels being caught off guard, but the former girlfriend dodged a bullet with him. I guess he wasn't willing to be open to what she was doing for him - no forgiveness.

First case so offbeat, it seems. blows my mind that somebody can give away their key. be so blasé and nonchalant about it. So much so to not ask for it back or set ground rules/boundaries but then to act like the person they gave the key to put them in a murderous danger. Come on. she was creating a gift for him and in many other cases the act of gaving the key is perceived as consent. when you’re messing around with somebody and you give them their keys and you’re not asking for them back. You know most people take that as a sign of a serious relationship and trust. it is not unusual to want to gift something like boudoir photos, especially now that boudoir seems all the hype the last few years. Does the offer for a camera I would agree no he doesn’t morally. Should she buy the camera because she deceived the photographer yes I agree with that too but lawfully the judge can’t make her unless she’s the one being sued. so I don’t know why that just couldn’t have been said instead of, all the other malarkey. Like she shouldn’t even be trying to give him a gift in his own house like that’s weird or something, because it’s not
