I had (Squamous) Cell Cancer in Left Eye (Lids) I lost 75% of my Lower Lid...I have 1 more Operation to go to Rebuild n Reconstruct my eye. My surgeon , After the CA was renoved..Stitched my Upper n Lower Lid Shut. But he did it (Sewing) the Inside of my Lids .Which caused a Weird Pulling n Shaped my eye Very Oddly.He only sewed near the Corner of my eye (Upper n Lower) n I'm wondering If he would of used More stitches (Across) the Lid Evenly..If that would of made a difference...It looks as if My eye is Drooping but it's Actually being Pulled down. He is a Reconstruction Surgeon, But Idk if he actually cares about the Cosmetic Part as long as it's Functional...That's just the Feeling I'm getting. He Dosent have a good bedside manner..He's Quick n Quiet. When I talked to him about it...He just said 'IL do the best I can" How / Where do I go n Find his Work?? Is it Wrong for me to Ask n See Pictures of the people he did Eye Reconstruction on?? Is that something they have Available to the Patients? What I was Told they were gonna do ...And What they Did...Just Everythung was different! I'm kinda Scared to go back because He Dosent Seem to Care...He's like a (IT is What It is) type of person....n he's Older too so Idk if that has something to do with the way he interacts or I should say Dosent Interact with his pts. It’s called a Bell’s reflex. It’s the eyes natural reflex when the eyes are closed to protect itself. That’s actually a good thing in his case because his eye doesn’t close as well it helps protect the cornea.

I got shingles. Never had chicken pox. After about two years my eye sight got bad I had to have two cornea transplant. I was told it was Fuchs ....I bet it was from the shingles...eyes are better now
Did they ever test him for Bell's Palsy? That also causes facial paralysis. Jim Ross the wrestling announcer has it. If you listen to him talk. you can tell.

That's why you have to get shingles shot. There is one. I've had 4 strokes and my left side is affected, but I am still pretty able. Osteoporosis is my problem along with kidney disease. Sorry about that. I am still here.
