Any celebrity can be very "nice" in any interview, it's only for a few minutes but off camera is what really shows the true person and every event he was on camera and didn't know it, he's been fined or made fun of for doing a lot of shit

I wouldn't consider having someone invade your privacy and take nude photos of you without your permission as being a "Personal Mistake" that clearly violated Justin's privacy and should have never happened, he has every right to file a suit. That being said, Justin shouldn't be ashamed of that photo, he has pretty much every right to be proud of his good... Pun intended.
If the photo was taken from public property (like a street or sidewalk) he would lose that lawsuit. It's perfectly legal to take pics of private property from public places. It's when they're ON private property that they're breaking the law by trespassing.

I root for Justin every time he refuses to be fake and react to something in a way he doesn't mean. For so many years the kid had to smile on cue, laugh at bad jokes, tell secrets he didn't want to tell... Now he seems to have a center of truth, and it seems he tries not to stray into being what others want of him, and I really respect that. I hope he maintains the strength to be himself in his demanding life.
