the guy at who refused to take pic with the dwarf is not justin bieber. its his look alike who's name is brad. it was a skit. so user should not post video like this without knowing the truth behind this. also these videos are really old where justin is tring to have some privacy. no one like when their privacy is violated sometimes. its his protective insticts. we all need some alone time when we go outside. but now he is extremely polite around people and even paprazzi.

People gets offended that a human being gets mad that he’s being photographed by dozens of people on a regular basis. Yes he’s a celeb but you do not sign contracts to get harassed.
